Such a great concept that really worked for us!
Well the process was simple from the get go. All representatives from NAB were wonderful and informative. The cost is reasonable and the ability to self edit the listing was great. We had a constant stream of enquiries until the perfect match arose. It really suited us to show perspective tenants through our own property rather than have someone not attached to the property do it. One would hope that we don't require using No Agent Business for some years, however should the need arise, we would not hesitate utilising their services again as it is such a great concept.

We needed to do a lot ourselves and were learning on the job. You need to manage this as your own project. The support from "No Agent Business" was needed to be great and it was. The regular reports the system provides you is very informative. The time of year we decided to do the sales launch was late November as everyone was winding up for Christmas and holidays so to get it together was challenging but we got there. You need to be good and keep on top of everything and then everyone else involved will be great also. Get organised to handle all your inquiries and be prepared with legal documents to finish the deal. Good Luck.
