This is the third time that I have worked with transferring funds with Nobile Gold. Their staff is incredibly knowledgeable and on top of all transactions. Particularly Becky what's extremely helpful in providing me details and questions to ask to help to expedite the fund transfer. I've made several transfers from my IRA through Nobel Gold over the years and in whole have been satisfied. With the last transfer I worked with Mandi Carlson. We had a lot in common and had great conversations.
However, I have to admit with buying physical Silver over several years now this last purchase had the highest price point of $17+ above spot price that I've ever paid for, for 1 oz buffalo bullions. He mentioned the mines operation cost have gone way up. The Nobel Gold's service has always been great and helpful, and it was my choice to pull the trigger and with the conversations of silver shortage I did. Looking back on the transaction, I wished I had waited and negotiated a better price on the standard 1 oz coins. I really don't feel with this past transaction the price was anywhere close to competitive, and I know I could've attained a much better price point with a local coin dealer. However, I wanted it stored with my other purchases, so I did go through with it.

Love the orders had in past I bought $10,000 silver eagles most recently and my wire didn't go through so I retilried again but asked the personal if they can renew my order from $133 a ounce to them about low $80s and she said she couldn't do that I understand but I've ordered many times would been nice to say sure we can do that. I have no issues otherwise with Noble yiu guys been great

I was reluctant. I wanted to purchase silver but I was afraid of being scammed. I talk to Michael several times and he was very educational and answered all our questions with much respect. I would and have recommended Noble Gold to friends and family. Thanks Michael for all your help

My agent Steven that helped me, was so helpful in helping me make a decision in what kind of silver to buy. I was torn between bars and coins. After he asked me several questions we both came to the conclusion I'd be better of with coins. He was so kind and took his time with me.

I received a call today from a sales person asking if I was still interested in purchasing silver/gold. I stated no, not right now. He asked if he could send me additional information and I stated no that it was not necessary. Instead of being treated with respect and politeness, saying thank you for your time, if you need anything in the future, give me a call. Instead I was hung up on. Complete rudeness. I will never use your company in the future just because of how I was treated.

My Noble Gold experience was definitely a good one and I'd like to business with them again in the near future.
