I’m really happy with my jewelry
I’m really happy with my jewelry from Nola Amsterdam. The designs are beautiful, elegant, and feel very high quality. They add a classy touch to any outfit, whether casual or more dressed up.

Was promised next day delivery. This was not the case. I’ve been emailing all day requesting updates on the status of my package and I have not received any responses as of yet.
This is extremely frustrating as this purchase was purchased as a gift for a loved one.

beautiful, trendy & waterproof jewellery (looks just like on the pictures). when I ordered, something went wrong with 1 product due to missing stock, but when I contacted customer support, they were really kind, understanding and quick to respond (I was in contact with Michelle) and I even got to replace the missing product with a new one without any extra fees. Nola is highly recommended. We had a small issue with the ring lock: after about three weeks, the safety pin attached to the ring broke. We contacted Nola right away and sent them an email with photos. We received a reply within a day, and the very next day a new ring was already sent to us free of charge.
Many companies could learn from this level of customer service. Nola provides excellent service, and we will definitely order from you again.

Their customer service is excellent. The products are beautiful. I received my order with a defect and posted a bad review without asking for anything. Their customer service contacted me and after showing them pictures of the defect and offered to send me a replacement. They followed up until the replacement arrived to make sure it was all correct. I will be purchasing again as I'm sure I will be taken care of.
