They look like cheap jewellery. If you want to return them, you have to pay for the return shipping yourself. I paid €21 to send them back from Belgium.

My bracelets broke multiple times
My bracelets broke multiple times, in all cases the product is seemingly not durable at all. The customer service department did offer me a coupon, which I used but also my replacement bracelet broke within 3 weeks. I have had this happen now with 4 (!!) different products.
