Avoid avoid avoid! I purchased two items from them almost 2 months ago
After 10 business days I emailed and they sent me a fake tracking number and tried to say it went missing
They then sent me a second tracking number and then tried to blame the post due to covid! The second order number did not even progress for weeks! Received the items today and the quality is so poor! Would never order from their online store ever again .. if the price looks too good to be true, it usually is! I wish I read the reviews before ordering with them! Will never shop with them again

I ordered a pair of black pants online in early December it is now 27 January 2023 and they still have not arrived the only communication is to advise the help desk is checking it out,I have received 3 emails and still no item, I have asked for refund and that too is non existent beware of buying online better going to store.

Ordered some items early Nov. Got told for three weeks that the problem with delivery is with their external supplier. After numerous emails I got told that the order had been cancelled. Re-ordered the items at a now higher price and I am still waiting on the delivery, Absolutely no communication regarding shipment other then a status of dispatch on my account.
This has to be the worst organisation when it come to customer service.

So it has come to this, my shopping with NONI B is the worst. I have provided photos of items also BANK DETAILS which I never wanted to do. I ordered an Aquamarine VEST on the 28th of September with proof and they keep saying they have no proof. I also bought another item on 11th of November which still hasn't arrived. I have even suggested that it has been deleted from their end and someone else has my items. They say they can't track items without my order number. How about they do a bank check and see I have paid for both items. NEVER EVER BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN. Not very honest in my opinion.

I’ve ordered an item of $279 nearly 2 weeks for a gift. No one i( call centre is overseas) can provide me an update as to when I will receive my item. They keep referring to their ‘third party’ provider. I have then tried contacting head office for two days and cannot get through. I would never order from Noni B again unless you want problems, I suggest you don’t order online . This company is a fraud !!!

NoniB I ordered a dress 25th November and they are waiting on a third party respo se. 6th December they sent an email apologising for the delay in my order and they included a voucher for $20 as a thank you for having patience trouble is, it expired 6th November 2022. I am losing my patience after many phone calls and emails. Never shall I order from them again.

Firstly lucky to get 1 star.
Customer service instore and online would have to the worst I've experienced. I purchased 2 of the same item. Tried the first pair on instore and was a perfect fit. Salesperson mentioned i could get a second for $29 , so i decided to get another pair. She grab them off the rack for me. As they were the same as what i had just tried on i didn't feel the need to try them on also. When i got home i tried the second pair on and they despite having the same size tag they were actually a smaller fit. I returned to the store and was told i couldn't have a refund on the second pair as it was a "change of mind", and i could get a store credit or exchange. They didn't have any more in the same size so that meant i could only get a store credit. I was and still am really angry about it because i did not change my mind and had they fit the same as the pair i tried on i wouldn't be unhappy. So i call the Noni B customer service line and at first the two assistant i spoke to believe that it was indeed NOT a change of mind. But every email since i feel I'm going in circles. Telling me to send photos of the two items, or return it instore. Try reading my emails maybe, it actually says i have already returned them and took the store credit because i felt that was the best i was going to get.
How can Noni B improve? Try better customer service for starters.
False advertisement
Ordered two 2000TC Queen fitted sheets set and received a mesh type of fabric. I have contacted customer care and she said send me photos , still waiting for their response . They advertise something else and sending something else . Very Disappointed.
Still waiting, waiting, waiting
I placed an order with Noni-B over 3 weeks ago and have yet to receive a dispatch notification. I have emailed so many times only to receive constant responses of 'wait 10 days', 'wait for a tracking notification' and now 'waiting on third party status' How can it possibly take 3 weeks to get a response from a 'third party'? They are more than happy to take your money but not dispatch your goods or provide good customer service. Absolutely appalling.

Don't ever purchase from this company! I brought a pair of woman's shoes but they sent me a cardigan. The response I got back was "sometimes mistakes happen in the pick packing department and they are unable to send me the correct item. They said they have issued a refund of $63, but no such refund happened. This company are scammers and making profit from unwary buyers...note to self: read reviews first.

I bought my vacuum cleaner online from Nonib in 22-07-22 . After 3 weeks I got my delivery. And just 2 days after vacuum is not working. I bought in $98 . After next day I called In Nonib customer care service and they send me one warranty form something like link. Still I am waiting for my refund. Every time when I contacted by phone they just send me same warranty link or form I filled up more than five times and called them but they still send me email and told me they waiting for third party status. Now I want to do legal action on this company. They are totally failed to satisfied customer need and returns refund. If anyone ready to do take legal action. Please join with me. Because I'm already told them 24 of November I will go overseas, so please sort out this issue but they still replied waiting for third party status.
Major problems with their online platform
There are major problems in their online platform. You pick one item, but they send you a confirmation that you've purchased something else. Customer service don't seem to care. Waste of time and money.
FAILURE TO HONOUR REFUND.
I returned two garments for a refund. After a few weeks when the refund was not forthcoming, I contacted Noni B and was asked to provide the returned parcel tracking number. I complied. I received a refund for one article contained in the package, but not the second article. A ridiculous number of emails were exchanged. The bottom line is Noni B owes me $29! The parcel was received by Noni B on 29th August. I am still awaiting my $29 refund!
Only half of my order was received
Only half of my order was received. I followed up and was ignored. Followed up a second time and received a refund. No acknowledgement. No apology. Just bad unethical service. If you can't manage deliveries, because you clearly can't. Then staff up train staff properly and learn manners!! I do not recommend and will never order from here again!!!! Pppppft!!!
Order never arrived
Order never arrived. Emailed nonib 5 times and kept getting same response about thanking me for my patience. Finally got response on phone and was told it had not even been sent to order adress and that there sorry and l am not able to get a refund. Nonib is biggest scam company ever.

I made online order from NONI B website. The product I bought had clear mention that it can be returned to store for exchange or credit note. I went within stipulated time to couple of NONI B stores and store managers simply refused to take the item back for credit note even though I showed them NONI B T&Cs. They did not give any logical reasoning to not accept return request. Not only that, they were extremely rude, they insulted me badly. I am going to make official complaint against them. The store manager(lady) in stanhope gardens was pathetic. Pic attached.
