I am not one to write reviews

I am not one to write reviews, but don't know what else to do. Up until my latest order, orders have been received in full and within a reasonable time frame. This time I am missing one expensive Liz Jordan top. Emailed lots of times, provided copies of packaging and the one (not 2) items received. "Thanks for your patience" - doesn't help when you bought 2 pieces for a special occasion. Seems like I have emailed them too much because now I don't even get a response. Still hoping that some nice person at Nomi B eventually sees my emails and responds - providing me with the item or a refund. I am over this. They have now lost another customer and I will be telling others not to buy from them. Sandra

I have finally got the message I have…

I have finally got the message I have so many items outstanding with Noni B, the oldest being a Liz Jordon black coat returned on the 21st October last year I supplied tracking, but have never received my refund they keep saying they are waiting to hear from their warehouse that it has been received, really, nearly 3 and a half months, and they keep thanking me for my patience. It’s only 1 of several orders I have been unsatisfied with, some only part received some not received at all. two received were returned because they weren’t for me. I finally have to accept that I will keep chasing refunds and outstanding orders, but must delete emails from them so I don’t order more of things that’s a lottery regarding receiving, always loved Noni B. But it’s pointless if I don’t receive my orders or refunds. Diana Hay

Take your money but don’t send orders

Items listed and purchased as ‘in stock’ with 2 week delivery not received after 2 1/2 months! Over 30 emails and attempts to call, later, there is no refund, no response and zero customer service. They even tried to blame Australia Post but it was proven they had falsely submitted a posting docket, consequently wasting both AP’s and my time! This is a company not to be trusted at all. If you attempt to buy anything online from NoniB or Liz Jordan or whatever name they choose to market by, you are going in a raffle as to whether you will get anything & seriously risk losing your money.

Noni B is actually a minus 5 star…

Noni B is actually a minus 5 star revuiew. l ordered a summer wardrobe for work on the 6th January it is now the 7th of February l have made 3x enquiries and only get generic emails blaming Covid for hold-ups. l spent $331 and am afraid I have been ripped off. l can see they are complaining about staff and Covid but not fixing the problem with Australian employees. how much longer do I have to wait for clothing they should be investigated.

Stay away from Noni B or any of their Company's

Purchased items from them which did not fit. Got on their web site and arrange to return both, downloaded parcel point return paper work. Sent 1st one back 19/11/21 and the 2nd one back on the 27/11/21. Both items have been received and signed for by their warehouse. Have sent at least 50 emails requesting both refund and emails requesting this to be escalated further - all i get is computer generated email response stating Covid delays with the post. They have both item back and singed for and it's now 27.01.22. Don't give them your money.

Do not buy from this Group !

If we could we would give less to Han 1 star, totally abysmal customer service from Mosaic/Liz Jordan, placed an order prior to Christmas, received an email of what was being shipped but one item was missing from the bag, reported it to them, have been told many times they are escalating the issue with their warehouse but all we get is the generic “we are still investigating your issue” email.
A complete joke! By far the worst online customer service experience we have had anywhere, you get lots of apologies by they refuse to let you speak to a supervisor and ensure they will call you with an update but never do.
Interestingly they are not slack in sending their sales/promo email, sometimes 3 times a day !!
Do not buy from this group, it’s a complete joke.

What has happened at Noni B?

I have had several very disappointing experiences in the last couple of months purchasing clothes from Liz Jordan, a subsidiary of Noni B. What has always been an easy, problem free website from which to purchase women's fashion has become very problematic. One item was never sent, a return was not refunded, and another return was lost in transit by the courier. At no stage were they proactive in informing me of inability to supply items, or returns to warehouse. After numerous emails and phone calls, I had to resort to Paypal to deal with the disputes. The lost return was the only issue dealt with promptly by the retailer. Whilst I have been offered gift vouchers by way of compensation, the amount of wasted time following up these issues and my loss of confidence in shopping with Mosaic Brands has prompted me to write this review, and I have paused buying online from this retailer for the foreseeable future.

Really awful customer service after a…

Really awful customer service after a returned item was lost by Australia Post. AusPost advised due to value of the order, the supplier should refund and then dispute with AusPost but it seems Noni B employs people who can't be bothered to read the many emails sent, all on the same thread, with all details rerquested by them included - they just keep saying they haven't received the parcel. Duh! I suspect they are hoping I will go away but now there is a principle and I will not back down. I want my money back Noni B!

Last time ever

I have been a client for many years but over the past few years I have watched the quality of the clothing and customer service deteriorate to abysmal lows.
If you order online you have no information about product arrival times; there is no easy way to contact the company to check and recently on my last (and final) order I have still not received the order five weeks later and have initiated a PayPal claim.
They have offered me $1 for a partial payment to discontinue the claim on a $170 value order and also claim to have phoned me to discuss the issue which is a blatant lie as proven by my phone call log.
Untrustworthy company who hold no value in the service of their clients whatsoever

Seriously bad online shopping experience

Seriously bad online shopping experience. Mosaic brands / Noni B really need to dramatically improve their online sales experience for customers. Compared with other online stores they are really slow and process lacks transparency. Ordered item 16 Dec still waiting to receive it...(has not yet left Warehouse, when I called and checked). I ordered another item 17 Dec which I have received already, but no notification of shopping or progress along the way was provided. So their processes are flawed, very slow and out of step with competitors. Will never buy online from them again.

Service Issue - Nov/Dec 2021

Ordered 2 x 4 Piece Towel Sets on 10th Nov for son's birthday on 4th December. On 26th Nov phoned to check where they were, on 5 Dec received email advising of Ticket number (Nomi B internal system).
Phoned on 6th December to cancel order. Received email on 10th December cant cancel as have been dispatched. Courier picked up on 9th Dec. Contacted Courier on 10th and advised Return to sender. Courier tracking has marked Return to Sender. Courier delivered on 22nd December. Courier then picked up on 24th Dec to return to sender. When Nomi B say they will phone you on a specific date, they do not. They will not give you the name of the Third Party that the items are coming from (yet that Third Party has my contact details). They will not put you through to a manager, they will not give you an email address to send a complaint through too. I will not be ordering with them again.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience . Ordered a month before Christmas and no order status as yet has been provided. They are ignoring all emails relating to getting an update on the order and won’t bother to give a refund . Awful costumer service.

Very unhappy with Noni B Liz Jordan and Mosaic on line purchases. I have contacted several times since placing orders on 1 October 2021 and 12 October, and still have only partial orders filled. 7 weeks and still waiting

7 weeks and still waiting. I've sent numerous emails and get automated responses that blame a 3rd party supplier as if they are not responsible for their own site. And what's infuriating is they keep sending me ads that say they can express deliver by Christmas.

I'm such a fool

I'm such a fool. If only I had seen these reviews. I have experienced all of the same issues. Email tracking not working, no reply response to my patient (increasingly distressed) emails, weeks waiting and no sign of 3 of 4 items (just one from a partner company). Also writing to Liz Jordan. Same response
( none). The one apology email I got said it was Australia Posts fault which is an utter shameful lie.DO NOT BUY from this company EVER.

The quality of clothing offered by Noni…

The quality of clothing offered by Noni B is very disappointing. One shirt I bought last all but two of its buttons in the first wash. A pair of shorts after second wash is missing several studs and belt loops have detached. Will not be buying again.

The worst service ever…

If it would be possible I would have given negative 5... got faulty product when tried to call to inquir about returning on hold for hours.... and then when returned item no update for 3 weeks after they have received it... and back and forth emails when raise the ticket for inquiry without any positive reply of refund... never buying again from their Web.....

Don’t do any online shopping ..am happy to go to the store to choose my clothes ..but after a visit today 7/12/2021 to Taigum -Brisbane store I definitely won’t be going there again ….The lady there today was very rude - arrogant in fact she followed me from the front door around the shop & into the dressing room screeching & ranting about QR Codes- hand washing etc… Either overworked & tired or mentally unbalanced - obviously shouldn’t be working with the public with a mouth like that… I do intend on finding out her name to report her ….Noni B …WAKE UP surely you’re not that desperate for staff to employ this potty mouth & Ladies cross Noni B Taigum off your shopping list🤢😡

DON'T BUY FROM HERE

Bought two garments as a gift for someone, they failed to deliver and after a few weeks I have contacted them by email for a refund, eventually after THREE MONTHS I called them and they gave me back my money.

In three months they have not delivered my order, in the meantime (about two months after I ordered) I have received a tracking number which was not working and each time I was sending them an email they were replying with "we have reached the warehouse".

After the refund they sent me a lot of apologies saying they do not want to lose me as a customer, but they did nothing in three months to solve the problem.
