I bought a no-no Product from the…

I bought a no-no Product from the official side about a month ago. Within a month it stopped working. This is a $300 merchandise. I contacted customer service they wanted a video which I’ve sent, then they Gave me some suggestions which were useless. In short they refused to help. This is a useless product, which is very expensive. You’ve been warned do not purchase this product!

I got no follow up

Unfortunately this did not work for me. I was only ever contacted once and I sent four emails after and never got a response. I did send a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and they are the ones who got me my refund.

Poor Communication

Selina the "Harvey Spector" of NoNoNo!

The experience I received from Selina, and No No No the company/ organization was top notch. The service received was priceless. I love the sitcom "Suits" and Selina was my "Harvey" for my situation. If you like Suits as I do, you know Harvey (Selina) go hard for the client!. I recommend No No No to anyone having issues with their telecommunications provider.

Sometimes you need a consumer advocate

When your frustration reaches its pinnacle because a retailer has not fulfilled its promises, NoNoNo is an effective service to get results.

I had never before heard of NoNoNo. The consumer service took up a nearly 1-year problem I had against furnisher West Elm and pushed the company to a reasonable solution.

I had purchased a $2,000 sectional from WE in June 2023. It took 8 months to receive. And then, only 1/2 of the sectional was delivered!

I could not get a straight-forward answer from WE about a second delivery or a refund. NNN finally did. I will receive a refund.

Heres why: After I contacted NNN, it launched a sustained 3-week campaign against WE.

NNN escalated my issue several times a week with WE for almost a month. I had been discouraged by the constant need to contact WE about my order with little result. NNN took over the drudgery and always informed me of WE’s response (or lack there of).

For a nominal fee (a bargain at $15), I gained peace of mind allowing NNN to badger WE.

I wish i had found NNN sooner. I would have saved a lot of frustration if I had.
The company demonstrated the type of problem-solving and communication that WE should have displayed.

There is nothing I can complain about with NNN. Use them! You won’t be disappointed.

Nonono Solves Customer Service Issue

Jack with Nonono helped me contact Angi's. This company sent a technician to clean the air flow line to my dryer. He exacerbated the problem. When I called Angi's Customer Service about my experience, I was connected to people who were difficult to understand because of their poor English skills and were not helpful.

Jack helped me reach people who could help me. I was able to convince the Angi's employees with whom I spoke to reimburse me for the cost of the technician.

Nonono is worth your time. I highly recommend them. You will not pay anything to use their service.

Selina Kustula and Jack Timonen

Let me start with the delivery and installation service with Home Depot horrible the delivery portion was fine its the installation that's the problem. They installed my washer and dryer and stripped the coid water valve which rendered my washer useless. I lodged a complaint with Home Depot who gave me the biggest run around calling the installers who claimed it was that way. An assistant manager directed me to hire a plumber and I'll be reimbursed.Home Depot after I paid for plumber refused to pay I lost all hope but thanks to this wonderful site they were persistent with corporate and low and behold Ms.Kustula with her patience and know how got me my settlement this took at least 2 months but it's finally over. Ms, Kustula went above and beyond for me I sincerely appreciate all her efforts highly recommend this site and thank you Mr. Timonen keep up the good work. Sincerely Msgt Ismael Caban USAF Retired

Help when all hope was lost!

You all helped me with a problem that I could not solve on my own. I thought that all hope was lost and that Uber eats support was just going to take my money. You assisted me with my problem, worked quickly, kept me updated and made sure that I was satisfied with your services. I would highly recommend this company! If you are having any issues, they are your go to! They act immediately, follow up, keep you updated. They are very successful at what they do. I have used them several times and had great success.

Unethical

For starters your website has been down, so it shows again your unprofessionalism. Two stop making it seem like I’m your competitor if you need me to provide you and trust pilot with a bank statement from no no no I would be happy to do so but you pretending like I’m a imaginary resentful customer who is attempting to drag the business down you can stop wasting energy on that. I did compensate you it say order went through I did write an extensive complain in regards to Uber on your website. I did go on your website and take the initiative to email you personally and say I did not get a receipt etc. the email screenshot with a date and time wouldn’t lie nor would a bank statement, chances are you are not operating your own business correctly and it’s a mess and you can’t even find my complaint. This is a recent purchase to so the whole thing isn’t a good look for you.

We're sorry to hear about your poor experience with us. However, we'd like to investigate what has happened because a) our platform sends an automated confirmation email after a complaint has been filed and b) our customer advocacy team sends a personalized email to every single customer.

We checked all the recent cases about Uber Eats and we have emailed all customers. We also checked our payments system and we only have one open chargeback request which is not about an Uber Eats case so we are not sure what has happened here.

Could you contact us at customercare@nonono.com so that we can refund you the $9 you paid us?

//EDIT 2: I used Trustpilot's "Ask for more information" feature but the customer didn't reply. The one thing that could explain all this is if the customer made a typo when she/he filed the complaint because that would explain why our automated hasn't reached the customer. However, I wasn't able to find any emails about Uber to which I haven't replied. I also checked spam. If this is a genuine customer experience, I'd love to get in touch with the customer to issue a refund. Now I'm not able to do that because I don't know who this customer is. We have no record of Clear Choice LLC.

EDIT 3: I didn't mean that you are an imaginary customer. What I mean is that for some reason I haven't received any emails about Uber to which I haven't replied. Could you email me at customercare[@]nonono.com so that I could get on top of this case and also give you a refund?

Could not get explanation from company

The company worked very hard to reach the correct people to handle the problem that I have I got brushed off several times by the company that they stayed with it eventually got a written explanation from the company very much worth the money handled it with a good professionalism appreciate their help

Helped with Kafkaesque Ikea dispute

I had an insane, never-ending dispute with Ikea, they promised repeatedly to deliver some furniture but kept failing to. They also refused to refund me hundreds of dollars. nonono.com helped a lot and we got a refund.

Nonono.com is great and I highly recommend their service!

Nonono.com was excellent in helping to continuously reach out and follow up when home depot was giving me the run around for months about installing my 2,200 dollar sliding glass door. It was a nightmare with home depot but nonono repeatedly contacted corporate and went above and beyond to ensure this case with home depot was settled!!!! I highly recommend them!!!

No oven for 3 years until I found No No No

I have been battling Sears for 3 years to follow through with a warranty claim I had on my microwave/oven combo wall unit It was a complete nightmare until I found No No No. I have to admit at first I was skeptical since they were asking for a payment upfront. However, I figured what’s 15 bucks at this point I was at a dead end. I was pleasantly surprised by their fast response and their delivery of results. Thanks to No No No I will be able to finally fix Christmas dinner for my family for the first time in three years and I could not have accomplished it without them. I highly recommend them.

Jack from Nonono was great , he was sincere and he helped a lot! I would recommend the customer be clear about what they want from the resolution- for example a refund or an apology, some companies don’t really resolve issues that aren’t listed in their client relations handbook. So if you've been mistreated or spoken to badly you would want an apology- this is hard to prove and many companies just sweep it under the rug. Nonono will help you get what you want , they will advocate for you !

Poor Performance

I contacted NoNoNo on 10-23-23 about a dispute I had with AHW(Amazon Home Warranty). I got a reply 2 days later from Jack Timonen advising me that he had notified the Escalation Dept. and to notify him if I heard anything from the (now) defunct company in the next 2 days.

It's been 12 days, well past the 72 hrs promised from NoNoNo for a refund. I've heard nothing from either business and I've seen no refund from either business. Now I'm out $280.00 and I had to make my own repair! Based on everything I've read I will be told it's because NoNoNo is understaffed. Maybe they shouldn't be making promises they can't keep. My next stop will be my state attorney's office. AHW needs shut down.

I received my refund from NoNoNo. They have been very helpful to me and made every effort to contact AHW which is impossible to do now. That home warranty company is OUT OF BUSINESS!.
I will keep NONONO in my address book in the event I have problems with another company. NoNoNo can be trusted to do what they say!

I hired Nonono to go after Wells Fargo

I am so thankful i found "NO NO NO" on the internet. I was having trouble with getting my money owed to me from Wells Fargo so i went on internet and put in search engine " how to sue Wells Fargo" and low and behold found " No No No". I checked out Nonono.com website and saw great reviews so decided to hire them. I filled out there form paid a very small fee and wrote to them about my issue. Soon after, i received an email from Jack who reassured me he is on my case. Jack sent a letter to the corporate office of Wells Fargo and before i knew what was going on Wells fargo said they are sending me my money back. I am so grateful that there is a company like " No No No" out there to help me get my hard earned money back from dishonest company's like Wells Fargo. If it was not for No No No, i would of never gotten my money back. Thank you so very much Jack.

They were relentless on my behalf

DoorDash is the complete worst when it comes to providing resolutions to poor service. What I mean by that is their customer service (from the higher ups on down) are apathetic, passive and do not make customers feel like they are valued (check their BBB ratings and thousands of complaints, for starters).

I Googled a company that could help at the corporate level and No No No came proved to be a beneficial investment. They are kind, professional and offered to "stay on my case" until I reached some sort of resolve. Even after DoorDash FINALLY (literally weeks later) got back to me, because their "solution" was so subpar, No No No offered to remain on the case at no extra charge.

If you're considering them and yet, you are hesitant due to the initial fee, please don't be. It's well worth the investment in the long run and they do have the level of integrity to either bring peace or refund you your money.

I have no regrets and they are on my radar to use again.

NoNoNo is likely a customer scam…

NoNoNo is likely a customer scam working in conjunction with the company that they were hired from. The five stars you saw most likely are fake too. We purchased a dishwasher from Lowes and still have not received it for almost a month. Between the in-house Lowes team, the deliverer, and the installer, their left hand really doesn't know what their right hand is doing. When I reached out to complain to Lowes online, I got charged $15 (Yes, the customer got charged for THEIR errors!) for the NoNoNo service. The supposed NoNoNo owner, Jack Timonen, mentioned that he will take care of it. Not only I am still waiting for $1,037.94 dishwasher, but the guy never responded to any of my emails. Pathetic!

I can see that you wrote 4 emails to us and didn't get a reply. That is 100% my fault and I'm sorry.

However, we are not a scam. We make mistakes and if we make mistakes, we do our best to make amends.

I just processed a full refund for you.

FYI: we are an independent third party. We don't take money from businesses. Not Lowe's or anyone else.

The underlying reason for your poor experience with us is that we lack funding and we've been trying to raise funding so that we could hire more customer service agents. However, raising funding is super difficult at the moment and to make things worse, it also takes quite a bit of working hours from me.

The good news is that we're making progress on that front and hope to be able to offer better customer service soon.

Once again, I'm really sorry for your poor experience with us. You have every right to be frustrated and we definitely earned to get the 1-star rating in your case.

Lastly, you wrote that you are still waiting for $1,037.94 dishwasher. I will follow up with Lowe's about your case. Hope it helps.
