Thank goodness for No No No

I am so happy I found No No No because I was trying to get a vanity from Home Depot and was just on a hamster wheel of speaking with multiple customer service representatives who tried to help but with the communication gaps/ inconsistencies I was getting nowhere. I just became more and more frustrated. I found No No No and within 24 hours John from Home Depot called. I would never have gotten to him without Jack's help. Thank you Jack!

Wish I found nonono.com sooner!

After many attempts to contact Avis to resolve an issue that they had caused, I reached out to Jack and within 2 days heard back directly from the right customer relations team at Avis, and the case was promptly resolved thereafter. Chasing down the right people for a problem that Avis should have directly fixed was frustrating and a huge time suck. Jack clearly knows who to reach out to escalate my issue, I'm very glad to have used nonono.com to help me!

Incredible service

Incredible service. All I can say is Thank you for No No No! I was having multiple issues with our warranty company until I signed on with No No No. Once they were involved my 3 1/2 week nightmare had a successful ending! Thank you No No No!!

Refunded the $15.00 right away

Jack at nonono informed me right away. That Dollar General Corp. rarely responds to any complaints. Jack tried for over 2 months. He refunded me the $15.00. Within 2 days of asking for the money back.

Complete scam

Complete scam. Paid to have them escalate issue with Walmart and he said reach back if I don’t hear back. I email the “owner” Jack and never hear back from him again. He took my money and is now ghosting me. And I asked for a refund and silence. Stay away from this completely sham of a service.

A waste of time and money

I signed up and paid the $15.00 to escalate my complaint against Lowes. All I got out of this B.S. service, nonono.com, was $15.00 poorer. Don't waste your time or your money. nonono.com is worthless, worthless, worthless.

Not serious. Filed a complained several days ago. Got what I suppose was an automated answer from Jack. That was several days ago. Since then nothing. And Jack doesn't even reply to e-mails. The money was still taken though.

My experience with NoNoNo was actually so smooth and pleasant... almost unheard of in present day dealings with many companies....NoNoNo followed up with ME to ensure my issue was resolved....I can go on and on.... just try them out and you'll see for yourself....🙂

AMAZING SERVICE! 100 STARS!

All I can really say is WOW!

My experience with No No No was the most amazing experience I've had working with any company.

In December 2022, I ordered a sofa from West Elm that was due to be delivered between February and March. On the last day of the delivery window, West Elm informed me that the sofa was backordered. Since then, I had gone back and forth with them for a total of 6 months, receiving different information from each representative I talked to regarding the sofa. My delivery was rescheduled about 3 times and never arrived. After being told "there's nothing we can do. We don't have any information. We just have to wait because it's in transit", I was so frustrated that I googled ways to file a West Elm complaint. I came across No No No, read the reviews, and figured "hey for $15, that's not bad at all. I'll try it."

Jack was super kind! He responded to me in the promised timeframe and only ONE day after he informed me that my complaint had been escalated, I magically received an email from West Elm to schedule my sofa delivery that same weekend. Keep in mind, only a few hours before I found No No No, I was told by West Elm that I'd just have to wait because there's nothing anyone could do since the sofa is still in transit (as it had been for the last month).

No No No is a gem of a business and I love that they advocate for consumers so we aren't taken advantage of by large companies. I am still in awe of how quickly everything turned around after getting nowhere on my own for 6 months. I am truly thankful for Jack and his team and have recommended No No No to everyone I know.

P.S. I never leave reviews for anything but I simply had to because this is a service that everyone needs to know about!

However, we would politely like to point out a couple of things.

Firstly, we don't say that you are guaranteed to get response in two days. Our value proposition is:

"1) Filing a complaint costs $15.

2) We will deliver your complaint past the frontline customer service straight to the escalations department.

3) If you don't get a response within 72h, you will get a 100% refund."

Secondly, the day after you filed your complaint, we emailed you and wrote: "I'd appreciate it if you could keep me posted. If you don't hear back from Walmart in two business days, please let me know so that I can follow up with them on your issue."

Having said that, you replied to our email and we failed to reply to you – for which I'm really sorry.

Whenever we have customers who are not satisfied, we are always happy to issue a full refund – just like in this case.

We are not perfect but we are not scammers and we gave you a full refund.

We're sorry that you were disappointed with our service.

Paid twice and received nothing.

I paid for your services twice. I have not heard anything from you about my case with Walmart. No phone call, no email, no text.
This has occurred over 2 months.
I want a refund of $35 dollars and to tell you I am a very upset customer. Not sure of the dates but not too far from the one I entered.

I contacted NONONO after many…

I contacted NONONO after many frustrating hours of trying to find the right person at Sears to talk to about my very valid complaint. I finally resorted to this service and was quite frankly amazed and impressed with how quickly the situation was resolved AND with a total refund! Jack followed up regularly and all promises he made regarding timelines were fulfilled. I would absolutely recommend this service when your own efforts are ignored.

Nonono resolves issues between customers and corporations

Nonono resolves issues between consumers and large companies. I had a very nasty experience with my local Home Depot and was having a hard time finding a representative to voice my complaint to. I don't think it's accidental that large companies structure their websites to hinder customer access. Nonono routed me straight to Home Depot's executive escalations group and helped me resolve my issues.
Jack at Nonono provided pointers on how to best approach the conflict and created a win-win; particularly for Home Depot as my initial goal was to cost them as much business as possible rather than to get a refund.
The money charged for this service is ridiculously low and that charge was more than covered by a refund and gift card.
I will certainly use Nonono in the future to help resolve problems that I may have with large companies.

Our value proposition is that we help your complaint bypass the frontline customer service by delivering it straight to the escalations department, and if you don't get a reply within 72 hours, you're entitled to a refund.

In your case, we contacted you within 22 hours after you had filed your complaint which was on Tuesday Dec 13th. In our reply we wrote: "I'd appreciate it if you could keep me posted. If you don't hear back from AHS in two business days, please let me know so that I can follow up with them on your issue."

Then you emailed us on Friday Dec 16th letting us know that AHS hasn't been in touch with you. We were at capacity on Friday so we only managed to get back to you today on Monday Dec 19th, a day after you had written your review here on Trustpilot.

We are not perfect but we're not a scam either. We are not able to help all our customers resolve their complaints but whenever our customer is not satisfied with us, we're more than happy to offer a full refund – just like we did with you. Please check your email. If you want a refund from us, you will receive it. 🙂
