I wrote to No No No.com to complain about my awful experience with Pottery Barn. When my new sofa and chair arrived, after a 5 month wait, a mouse appeared in the room a couple of hours later. It took me a couple of days to figure out it had been living in the bottom of the sofa and came in with the delivery. I notified Pottery Barn and sent pictures of the many mouse chewed holes in the bottom fabric underneath the sofa. I called a few times and spoke with customer service people, could not reach anyone higher up in the company who would possibly take my complaint more seriously. The reaction of the customer service people was mostly that it was funny! Not funny to me! I lived with that mouse for 6 days! After waiting 2 weeks the sofa was picked up. I waited another 3 months for my new, new sofa. I contacted No No No.com feeling unheard by Pottery Barn. The founder of No No No.com (Jack Timonen) contacted me right away. He was a wonderful support throughout and I heard from him daily checking to see how my complaint was progressing. Without his help, escalating my complaint and assuring me that I did, in fact, deserve compensation for those horrible 6 days, I would not have gotten the satisfactory result that I did. I can’t thank Jack enough for his help and support during my battle with Pottery Barn. I am grateful!

I contacted NoNoNo for help after many unsuccessful attempts to talk to escalation department of my home warranty company. From day one they followed up on my complaint and ultimately helped me get a call back. I liked their due diligence and persistent effort. I very much recommend to take their help for any consumer complaints .

Excellent and friendly customer service from this company. I had been waiting for a part for fix my washing machine from Sears for almost three months. Sears kept telling me the part was on backorder, or they couldn't find it or whatever, leaving me without a washing machine for months. Once I contacted No NO No I received the necessary part from Sears via UPS within 3-4 days. I couldn't believe it. It was like a miracle. Honestly I was about ready to purchase a new washer dryer at great expense to me. So thank you No No No! I highly recommend your services to anyone.
