The team delivered and fitted our sauna, hassle free and lovely to deal with, we are so in love with our Nook sauna even our very athletic 13 year old uses it as a recovery and has been a complete game changer in our lives, we use it daily and after a week can feel positive effects in our energy, highly recommend

I did some serious research into the best infrared saunas in the Australian market before purchasing our Core 2 person, and im pleased to write it has exceeded our expectations! The entire process has been smooth and the team (including install) go above and beyond for customer service. The sauna has great functionality (+ it looks cute and doesnt take up much space for how spacious it feels inside. Highly value that you'd be supporting small business who inturn partner with charity to reduce environmental impacts with this purchase. Could not recommend highly enough.

I researched infrared saunas for my home for over a year. Nook were the clear winners for me from the quality of the product, to their company values and customer service. It did not disappoint. Install was seamless and my sauna is incredible. Heats quickly, all the other features like lights and Bluetooth work well. Could not recommend my Nook sauna more highly

I had an excellent experience with Nook from start to finish. Communication was clear, responsive and professional throughout the entire process. The service and installation were seamless, with everything delivered exactly as promised and to a very high standard. The installation team were polite, friendly and genuinely nice people.

What really stood out was the post delivery follow up. Nook continued to check in and ensure everything was working perfectly, which made the whole experience feel very considered and customer focused.

I would absolutely give a 5 stars for communication, service,installation and their product. I love my sauna and highly recommend.

I have been looking for a 1 person sauna for a long time. All others come in a flat pack and you have to put it together. Nook has free installation. The installation went off with out a hitch. The communication from the install crew was first class. They reached out to organise a date and time via email and gave a text letting me know they where still coming and again went the were 10 minutes away. They were very polite and gave me a run down on all the functions. I have used it numerous times since Tuesday and am loving every minute.

Fantastic customer service and product 10/10!
Answered all our questions re what would be the perfect size for our family. Easy to order online and install was quick. The men who installed it were lovely and super efficient. The sauna heats up even faster than they told us and is such a wonderful addition to any home. We have been using it twice a day, my sleep improved from the first night hitting 99% sleep score!! Honestly if you’re on the fence don’t be, this is money very well spent

The whole process from first phone call to the first use of the sauna was first class.
Customer service and communication was clear, helpful and reliable. We were kept updated on the scheduling and timeframe for delivery and installation. On the day the guys where great, ontime, quick and efficient, cleaned up everything whilst leaving us with a few hints and tips.
The sauna itself is great. Obviously the heating itself it really good but also the lighting and Bluetooth connection really add to the product.
Highly recommend to anyone looking at getting a sauna.

Lovely customer service, the sauna arrived even earlier than predicted! Installers were efficient and helpful and the quality of the sauna is beautiful we have used it every day ! Such a relaxing way to end the day. We are so happy with the Nook product and service we’ve already recommended them to many others.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Nook. From beginning to end, the entire process was incredibly easy and seamless, with excellent communication every step of the way. We were kept well informed about delivery timeframes, installation details, and even received follow-up communication to check in after everything was complete.

The installers, Kenneth and Andrew, were absolutely fantastic - neat, tidy and extremely professional. They explained everything clearly, and were genuinely friendly! They really made the installation experience a pleasure.

The sauna itself is absolutely incredible. It was a surprise for my partner, and he is completely over the moon. The quality is outstanding, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the final product. Our neighbour took one look at ours & purchased the next day!

I purchased a Nook sauna for my husband’s birthday.I can’t recommend this company highly enough enough.From my first contact point they have always kept me up to date with delivery and installation times.They were on time with delivery.This was so important to me because it was a surprise gift.They explained all of the functions so clearly to me after set up.Its been super easy to use and my husband was so happy when he saw it.We have been enjoying it everyday.

Love our new Nook infrared sauna! Looks awesome. We got the Elite 2 person Sauna and it’s so good - we are using it almost everyday and feeling the benefits. The service was excellent - very attentive. Delivery was so efficient, they were done in 1/2 hour. Can strongly recommend Nook to anyone.

Had been looking at a Nook single person sauna for a couple of months and after taking the plunge we can not fault the team at Nook on service or product.
From post-purchase comms, delivery, install and the product itself.

We were even pleasantly surprised with an earlier than expected delivery time.

The team were lovely, punctual and set up was less than an hour including a run down on how to work it.

The product itself is well made, doesn’t take long to heat up and holds heat well.

Would strongly recommend Nook Saunas to anyone thinking about purchasing.
