Had a fixed contract apparently this was ripped up and now I'm going to pay £3 more a month from next month. Still waiting for the copy of the email I was sent telling me, oh and I now can't leave without penalty. Great experience. The fibre is good though.

Very awful internet provider
Very awful internet provider. Started having issues with Wifi strength only fews days after activation. It got so frustrating I decided to pull out. Interestingly though I decided to pull out less than 14 days after activation, they still insisted on charging me. This is the worst Wifi internet provider I've ever used.

Terrible internet. Claims to be consistent at high speeds, I’ve never had it at the offered speed and trying to get through to someone is like pulling teeth with pliers.

internet was down for days,got it…
internet was down for days,got it sorted quickly though when i finally got through to a helpdesk person on monday(system was down from friday night ,found the company hard to communicate with when my system was down,id expect more than an answering machine for support,i also pay for some hypothetical 1gb speed but the reality is 500mb ,personally i think if i was looking for a company to get broadband from id go with a larger company next time

I have been a new customer to Noone…
I have been a new customer to Noone since December 2024. Went abroad on the 10th of January and didn't come back until the 13th of February. We had issues with the service from the beginning. Got worse recently and was told the router was faulty. Replaced by a new router and still had issues. After a few calls, we were told the the issues was UK wide. Why did they tells about this before?
It's has been ok some and at time it will drop off suddenly. I am told it's being dealt with. Hope they get sorted soon. Happy so far

Great but drops out a lot
The internet drops out a lot which is inconvenient but when it works it works very well. I opted for the fastest broadband, It’s not as good as Virgin because of the drop outs but for the price it’s a good alternative. The engineers were friendly and customer support seems decent

Great service from No-one
Noone has an odd name which belies the fact that they are, in fact, a service manned by people, nice ones at that. Our experience has been faultless with an up/down speed of 512 Mbit/s.

Good, friendly and fast service
Nice small company feel. Good connection options with fully symmetrical services available, which is excellent for remote working. Very fast and responsive customer service that keep you well informed.

In almost 2 years I think I lost internet connection twice and only for like 3 minutes.

Service could be better
When renewal of my contract came up I did not realise my telephone was not included. It was only when I queried the amount of the invoice that I realised this. Subsequently I discovered that no one could phone me because of a problem with the set up which I have to correct through a complicated series of actions.

I have been with NoOne Internet for a year
I have been with NoOne Internet for just over a year and I have had no problems at all. I was sceptical about going with someone new at first but I read reviews and did my research, I'm happy with the connection speed and price per month.

Excellent Service
No One Internet provided a seamless transfer of broadband from Virgin Media at a value for money monthly cost and I would highly recommend them.
Since installation in October we have had only one minor outage and consistent full fibre 900Mbps speeds both up and down.
On the one occasion I needed help my call to the support line was answered quickly and my query was sorted.

This ISP lives up to 'NoOne' can touch…
This ISP lives up to 'NoOne' can touch them for service and response as far as I'm concerned. Have been wit them for over two years and from day one they have been outstanding. No matter what BT tried to do to impair my service NoOne instantly restored my service and Ben even took on BT himself to sort my problem. Since then Every thing has been faultless. Thank you to everyone there.

Amazing internet provider with great customer service and technical support.
I live in York and therefore had access to the original “ Gigabit” Internet . Sadly this was terminated by Talktalk as it had become obsolete… it was a nightmare dealing with talktalk so we moved to Noone Internet who had access to the gigabit infrastructure. The transformation in customer service was amazing .. I could actually speak to customer services by a phone call which was answered quickly and efficiently! I believe Noone now have partnered Home Telecom and this year my bill actually dropped ! But of course like all others they have introduced an annual price increase. They are still very competitive especially for 1gb speeds. Incidentally WiFi speeds are around half that speed, this is due to limitations in your home equipment .. if you plug into the router with a cable you will get much faster speeds.,
If you have the opportunity to move your internet provider to them just do it ! I promise you won’t regret your move .
