Paid a fortune for cheap looking products. Was severely disappointed with packaging.

I am extremely happy with the service of this companies. I have tried many different companies and have never been so pleased as I am with Noosh Decor.

This is 2nd light I’ve purchased from noosh. I think it’s fair to leave a review as the light and service have been great 👍

it's been three months since I've been waiting for my money back!!!! "NON SERIOUS"

I ordered some lights from Noosh knowing that it would take about 10-20 working days. Well, it was worth the wait as the lights are stunning and great addition to my new home.

I ordered through this website, the gold thinker statue came broken in 3 places, contacted them through emails, back and forth. I provided pictures to prove, after several weeks, still not resolved. Do not use Chinese companies to order furnitures, lights, decors (Noosh decor, povison, etc) . It’s impossible to return , to ship back to China. Order your items locally, even on Amazon same items , 1/3 of the price, super easy to return. Chinese websites are scams. Read reviews carefully.

Lamps arrival took 2 months and one was broken

Bought in Canada, online. Lights were not compatible with Canadian wiring. Unable to return as you have to pay for the return and it’s back to the Netherlands so ++ dollars. Received no refund and no reimbursement for a product I can’t use or return

I recently purchased the Spider Chandelier and it looks beautiful in my kitchen. I received it within 2 weeks without issues and it is of great quality. I was doubtful at first but the whole process was very smooth.

The quality of the light is warm and perfect for any room. The fixture is modern and chic and a great addition to any space.

Bad Review because after i bought the Light now cant be Lighted anymore At first i am so happy about it but after 2 weeks the light cant be lighted anymore so much disapointrd about it

Buyers in the USA, BEWARE! Noor is NOT located in the US and it will take about a month for you to receive your product. It comes from China and the company is based in the Netherlands. If you want to return your item for whatever reason within 30 days of receiving your product, it will cost your about $500+USD to ship it back to Noor when it cost that much to begin with. Also, for their products, you can find the same ones for 5x less on amazon or on other sites. I am stuck with my product b/c there is no point of returning when it cost more than the product itself! I WILL NEVER purchase anything from them ever again and I caution you to beware. Buy at your own risk bc if the item comes damaged or you want to return, you will be out $500USD. I am an honest, hard working person and to get shafted like this, it really disappoints me on the company's ethics.

We finally received our order this morning and it was delivered by USPS. After waiting for an extremely long time to receive it, we are EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED that the pendant light located in the first section of the box, was broken into countless pieces of glass. Based on the rattling sound that we hear when lifting the box that would indicate that the remaining two pendant lights are also broken. PLEASE see the attached photos after we open the box!

Needless to say, we will not be reordering and/or replacing them. WE are demanding a complete refund of the $527.85 along with a return authorization slip with no charge shipping fee to return these broken items back to you.

If you recall, your company requested a survey via email to be completed and we stated we had not received the items at that time. We will complete this survey now, today.

6/24/2022 - I never received the plain pillow covers from order #NOOSH13261 although I received the 3rd pendant on the 23rd of June finally from this order. I also received the grey velvet cushion covers from NOOSH13262. Please get to me or refund me as soon as possible! Call me . Kristin McLain 425-466-8970

I am shocked that the invoice in the packaging states that the pendant lights I ordered and paid over $200USD each for cost $20 each !
There is no SDOC (supplier declaration of conformity) so I cannot use them. The website implied there were quality items and I thought the saying “you get what you pay for” meant I would be buying good quality. And no direct contact details to get in touch! I feel like I have been conned .

This was suppose to be fed ex delivery! Taking way roo long!

They sell fake versions of actual lighting by designers. They even use the designer's photos on their website. You get what you pay for. This place is a scam.

My Experience with Noosh Decor has been horrible. I ordered two sconce lights of the same. I received two different lights. Only one of them was what I ordered. I mediately contacted them and I did not get a response. A week later, I attempted again and I got what seems to be an automated response. I have been back and forth sending them pictures for three months and I get the same "we are looking into it" response but zero action. I would not order from this company again and I don't recommend it to anyone.
Their customer service is non-existence.
