I like the fixture but the glass is poor quality

I never received my light fixture and was never reimbursed.

Ordered a chandelier a year ago. Never received it up to today. By e-mail I receive kind messages promising, but no delivery. Latest message was: 'delivered' but an address in Australia and we are in Netherlands..... Thereafter the promise of a refund but that never materialized either.

We are deeply disappointed with the level of service received. Our order for expensive chandeliers was placed weeks ago, yet we have been repeatedly informed of undeliverable packages. Attempts to contact the store via email have been unsuccessful, and the delivery company seems unable to locate the order despite our providing them with comprehensive documentation. To date, we have not received the products we paid for.

I have contacted them three times but have never heard back. I do not recommend buying from here.

Beautiful product! I ordered 3 pendants but only received 2. Contacted Noosh regarding the missing pendant. Was told the reshipment of the missing light would be issued. We still have not received the missing light and need to have it installed in the next week in order to pass occupancy inspection. Please help!!

I never got my lamps. it was meant to be delivered to my home but instead it was delivery in some post office we don't know where is it at

Very disappointed with the product. It was not properly packed and the quality is very bad. I wouldn’t want to put this in my house at all. Tried contacting support and only gave me 20% refund to compromise.
Stay away from this company people if you don’t want any headache.

The lights i ordered were not up to North American standards and couldn't be installed. When I inquired about a refund I heard nothing back. Do not use Noosh!

Great product, got to New Zealand with no damage. Looks amazing up! Would love reomcmendations on keeping the glass clean - esp. the inside.

I made an order 12 days ago and they send to me the order confirmation, and then the tracking. But when i track the package says that they can’t find ir. So literally that tracking number (package doesn’t exist).
So I’m concern that they are just a fake page that takes you money and send fake tracking numbers. Or they don’t give the right follow up. No customer service to talk either.

I ordered a lighting fixture November 20th and it’s still not delivered. They keep messing around with shipping updates.

Easy to order through website, fast shipping time, great prices and items arrived well packed, no damage.
Would order again. Payment through PayPal only.

My name is Shunit and I have been ordering online for years, I have never come across a company like you, I purchased all the lighting for my home from NOOSH.
In my entire life I have never received such service as the staff gave me. I highly recommend the NOOSH decor, in terms of availability, service and professional !!!!!

Again, I have never experienced such a high level of service in all respects!

*BEWARE* DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They shipped from China item was totally different from the one advertised and the quality was far below the expected standards for the cost of the item ordered. advertised black fitting and got brass in a totally different design. Got messed around for nearly 6 months before threatening with legal action for a refund and then still had to pay for return postage to Holland which was £60 from UK for an item that was wrongly sent by them.

Items have not arrived yet. Ordered on 5/29 and still showing as in-transit on 6/19.
