Trying to return an item as damaged and it has been sitting in customs for weeks as they will not pick it up. I will be contacting my credit card company and filing a fraud inquiry.

Found this website by chance and love the deals. Got pendant lights and pillows.

Everything was amazing and showed up before expected. However, I didn’t receive the second fixture and it’s been about a month and usps is still saying it is still awaiting package:)

Unreliable site. Much worse quality than the prices and the photos suggested, fake tracking sites, 2 month late arrival, ridiculous refund policy. Dont order from this site!!! And dont let you mislead…

No CSA, ULC or any kind of certification

Order was made over 3 months ago and I had been informed on many occasions that it was on the way and had been reshipped
I still have not received the goods

The first experience with the company was quite good - we were interested in a lamp and had a question about the color. The answer came quickly and helped us decide. So we bought the lamp and believed the company when they wrote, that most of their products will be delivered in 9 to 11 days.
Some days later we were informed, that the lamp is on it‘s way to us and we received a mail with a tracking code from an Italian delivery company. We were a bit surprised, that a Dutch company used an Italian deliverer - but didn‘t think about it. So far, so good.
Some days later when checking the delivery status, there was no improvement.
When asking about this per mail, we received a different tracking number - showing us, that the lamp was on it‘s way from china to our place. We weren‘t informed about this before by the company. The customer service from that point on was not very helpful. The lamp arrived much later than announced and we had to pay over 200€ for taxes. I am well aware, that I have to pay taxes when receiving a delivery from China or the US - but the information wasn‘t given. The company wasn‘t accommodating.
When the lamp arrived (two parcels arrived separated by two weeks), all the instructions were in Chinese and part of the screws did not fit.
Overall not a very recommendable experience.

They charged double and triple the original item price and very bad quality , and the delivery process was very slow and bad

Zero Stars. Tried to return item. Spent $68 on shipping to THE NETHERLANDS as instructed by YOU. Package came back to me a month later. Awful return policy and implementation.

Good Morning, very annoyed that this company was trying to get my personnel tax codes which aren't required for delivery, don't know what they were up too, still waiting on delivery nearly 3 months if not more and now received a refund from our Credit Card Company as they didn't respond to my dispute

Reclaimed and got refunded through PayPal. I don’t believe I would otherwise get my money back. Scam website! Stay away!

What a nightmare!!!!! One of the four pendant lights arrived broken — and two months later, we still don’t have the replacement. Further, the quality of the lights are similar to product found at Walmart, no where near the quality one would expect after paying thousands of dollars for four pendants. My recommendation to you regarding Noosh? STAY AWAY!! SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!

Waited over 60 days for delivery and was mended additional custom fee of 40$ for chineese product.
