I have still not received the full order (2 items). I have ordered them on November and I have only received 1 item. I am struggling with your service department to get a response for the whereabouts of the other item and when should be expected and I have still not received a response.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. My item is not what I ordered, I have to put it together, that was not mentioned when I purchased it and it took over 3 months to get it and the package was damaged. It came from China, which I did not know. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE.

I ordered 7 faucets and two small lights directly to a new build. It took a couple months for me to get out there and open the delivery because the house was delayed and not ready for plumbing. When I opened the box the 7 faucets were missing. The company keeps saying they are checking on it and wont actually do anything about it which is basically fraud. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Still waiting on my order to be corrected! You sent the wrong lights- NOT what I ordered. I have tried numerous time to communicate with Mary and nothing resolved! Please…. Someone there help me get my order correctly sent.

The items are too expensive for its quality even with the sales price of 50% PLUS 20% Halloween or Black Friday discount!
I sent one product back as it looked far to cheap and it took three weeks to get the amount back! Only after threatening to talk a lawyer, the full amount was paid back to my credit card

Delivery took weeks, the finish on the rims of the glass shades is rough, and so the cable attachments do not sit level, a complete waste of money

Very poor quality product not as advertised. Immediately uninstalled the light fitting due to safety concerns and poor quality.
Very poor customer service as well, emailed with a complaint and asked for a full refund. Supplied photos and reasons why I was unhappy and asking for a refund and never received an email back or a refund. I emailed again stating I haven’t heard back from them and the asked for photos and reasons why I am unhappy with the product again to which I replied I have already supplied these as asked. Still waiting for a reply and refund.

Poor quality.
Frame for lamp leans like a rhombus. Section of frame is tubular instead of square section. Glass lacks colour.

I returned the light fixture and have not receoved my refund

I ordered 3 lights and they arrived after 3 months. The products look cheap, nothing like the pictures. 2 out of three were not the correct item or came with missing parts. The company is unapologetic and I'm yet to see my refund. BE AWARE, fraudulent company, do not buy from them. They disguise themselves as various company names and appear to be based in Europe, but are in fact Chinese.

I had a really great experience with Noosh Decore. I found their product through instagram, and message them about a custom order. They were super quick to reply and helped me figure out the perfect size for our decorating needs. The light arrived in a warped package and they were in perfect condition! They are so beautiful, just what I wanted! Thank you so much , I will definitely be ordering from here again!

Delivery was extremely long. But the time the product arrived I did not need it. To expensive to send it back… quality average.

These lights have exceeded my expectations. I used them to light the front of my house, and they really make it stand out at night. The only issue I had was that one of the bulbs had broken, but customer service responded quickly to my email and sent me a replacement.

Your fixtures are not CSA Approved...but you sold them in Canada. They were very small. Did not look like pictures on line.
To return the items will costs me the shipping and no guarantee that you will refund my credit card.
I have lost $361.40 Canadian dollars. Very expensive lesson to learn. Really sucks

We are very pleased with our purchase and overall experience with NOOSH DECORETOR. This is the first time we have ordered a customised product and feel that the process was very simple and straightforward. The end result is fantastic, the clock looks exactly as it did in the picture online and we are extremely happy.

The worst experience ever. Qualify is beyond horrible. Received an item and it completely unusable. Pure junk. Emailed customer service to get refund with no action whatsoever.

A lot of thier lights do not have a url sticker and will not pass code
