I bought two rugs. I love the quality for the price. And the style. I always received prompt service when I contacted customer service. I feel these are very luxurious and highly recommend.

Love our rug so much! The pad needed to be stretched a bit to not have any lumps in rug when laid down, but it's so beautiful and makes us so happy!!

Everything about my custom curtain order has been miserable. I ordered 94" curtains and a curtain rod from Nordic Knots in November. When I received the curtains four weeks later, the rod was not included. I reached out and was told that the rod was being shipped separately (despite my receiving only one tracking number and shipment email). Okay fine. When I finally received the rod, I went to hang the curtains. And at that point learned that neither curtain was 94" as ordered. Which - while really annoying - would be less of an issue if the curtains were at least both the same, wrong length. But they weren't. One curtain was 93" and the other curtain was 93.5". Meaning they looked crooked and stupid when hung. I reached out to customer service to inquire about a solution. The rep I spoke to recommended that I send the curtains back for alteration and assured me the alterations would only take a few days to complete. Given the quick alteration time, I agreed to this process and mailed the curtains back. I retained a shipment receipt and confirmed that Nordic Knots received the return shipment on Feb. 10. It is now over three weeks later and Nordic Knots has failed to complete the alterations and has not shipped the curtains back. What's worse is that the company only communicates with me at my prompting.

I've purchased rugs from Nordic Knots before and as a new homeowner need curtains for every room in my house. While I previously considered using Nordic Knots for this endeavor, I will never purchase curtains from them again. It has been such an absolutely horrendous experience with no transparency or accountability on their end. Given the price point of this item, I expect much better.

Quality versus price is OK! It took a little longer to receive the product but it was worth it.

I ordered a single rug one month ago and it has turned into a logistical nightmare. NordicKnots charged me 3x for the same rug within the same week, and I am still waiting on the 2nd "duplicate" order to be refunded.

Love my solid Plush Wool rug. It's high quality and looks expensive and feels great! Highly recommended.

The product met expectations. The socks are plush and warm. I wash them cold and let the air dry to avoid pilling. Shipping was super fast.

I recently had a very positive experience with my purchase. The materials were exactly as advertised—of excellent quality and beautifully crafted. Although I encountered an issue with the delivery company and some items did not arrive as expected, the company responded to all of my emails promptly. They went above and beyond by sending replacements without delay.

I have to second what the others have mentioned in this thread. The rugs are fragile. The color of the rug I purchased looks very different online and in product photos from how it appears in real life. To add to this, the threads come loose very easily. For what I paid ($1,695), I was hoping for something more durable.

I wanted to provide an update here since speaking with Nordic Knots - they contacted me and we were able to find a solution to my rug issue. I am bumping the review up to 4 stars since they were eager to address my concerns.
