Nightmare of an order - very disappointing

The rug arrived with 2 weeks delay which made the purchase unusable for me. Customer services take ages to reply and overall extremely unhelpful. After another 2 weeks of chasing customer service they finally booked my return pick up only for FedEx not to reply. I am currently unable to book another return and have been waiting for another 5 days for a respond from Nordic Knots. Overall absolute logistical disaster, I ended up loosing days of waiting for deliver and collection which never showed up.
In addition, very disappointed with quality, the ends were uneven and looked like Rugvista rug. I had much higher expectations from the brand.

Extremely satisfied with the 10/10…

Extremely satisfied with the 10/10 customer service. Products have been great but we ordered the wrong weight/size and the Nordic Knots team was incredibly helpful at processing an exchange. Sandra provided some of the best service I have ever received. We will be reordering from Nordic Knots again.

Sold a defective rug and refused to take it back

Extremely disappointing experience with Nordic Knots.
I bought a very expensive jute rug that turned out to be defective - the edges were badly wavy, making it unsafe to use. My family kept tripping over it, so the rug was essentially unusable.
Customer service initially told me I could return it, then stalled for almost a month without providing a return label. After that, they suddenly refused the return, claiming their policy did not allow it. This policy was never mentioned at the time of me first contacting them, which makes me believe it must have been changed or applied after the fact.
Nordic Knots took no accountability for selling a defective product, offered no exchange (even if I offered to pay shipping myself), and ultimately stopped responding. I’m now stuck with an expensive rug I cannot use.
For a brand that markets itself as premium, this level of quality control and customer service is unacceptable.

We purchased 2 rugs during the Black…

We purchased 2 rugs during the Black Friday sale. The jute rug is good quality and the design is unique and interesting. The Grand rug (in Walnut) is really disappointing, I wanted to love it so much. The color & material is great, but it's so impractical. It's one solid uniform color, so EVERYTHING shows. Tiny pieces of white thread or dust... The rug needs to be vacuumed daily (or more) if want it to look like the photos you see online. You realize that rugs are speckled with multiple shades of a given color for a reason. Now we're stuck repackaging and returning an 8x10 rug, not to mention the return fee. So TLDR: their designs & quality are very good, but the Grand rug is impractical for real life given the density and uniformity of the color.

Good rugs, terrible delivery

Good looking rugs well made with great quality wools. But NK should stop using FedEx. I bought two rugs and on both occasions had issues with the delivery, NK should seriously consider replacing FedEx at least in the UK.

Chuffed to pieces

After a bit of a delay Nordic (Head of Customer Experience) was in touch and once shipped rug arrived in excellent condition. I am very pleased indeed. Thank you and confident to order again. I can see how genuinely important customer experience is to you.

Missing refund of credit memo

After not having heard back for Nordic Knots on delivery of the carpet I took contact them, as they did not know when the product could be delivered the offer to refund, I received a credit memo, however it's not been possible to get information on when the refund of my payment will be made. The product was ordered in Denmark with payment method mobile pay, this should secure refund same time as credit memo is issued. It has not been possible to any feed back from Nordic Knots and it's not possible to get in contact with them on phone. I still hope to get my money back but feel uncertain of process from the company.
Nordic Knots should not charge customers before the ship the product, and when issuing a credit memo they should secure to refund my same means as the payment took place.

An instagram purchase I don’t regret

I got influenced by an instagram post and was at very hesitant to purchase a rug from them. But I eventually pulled the trigger because I think they have great designs for this price point. What put me at ease was the great customer service and seeing the quality of their rugs through samples in their showroom in soho. I have had no regrets of my purchase and considering buying another rug from them for another room
