Got it wrong from the start

Most horrible experience. Spent hours taking furniture out of my room. Sent the wrong size rug pad, had to cut it. Only to roll out the rug and discover dirt, stains, pulls, a NAIL and SPIDERS in the rug!!!! Do not order from them!

I have several rugs from Nordic Knots. I love them all. They loose very minimal to any hair, and they really look nice. I ordered my first custom-sized curtains recently and I'm super happy with it too. It's expensive indeed but the result is worth it. Their customer service is pretty useful too. I would recommend!

Everything about the purchase exceeded our expectations! Will most definitely be purchasing more from this company in the future. Highly recommend!

Much better pricing for a 12x15 size area rug than most local furniture stores. Delivery time wasn’t outrageously long and the product and end result are perfect. Looked exactly as portrayed online and great quality!

My order said would ship on Oct 21st. No shipment, have been charged.
Have contacted customer service and received a vague response and then once I asked anything further they stopped responding.
I’ve never had an issue when receiving the samples we purchased, but the rug selected said available now.
Just don’t communicate an incorrect timeline and then not provide any satisfactory updates.

Updated my experience, as Sandra was very communicative and helpful and got in touch with the right teams within the shipping department to rectify the delays.

Great International (European) shipping. I liked the way my rug and curtains were picked. Also, the shipment was quite fast.
Customer service was also helpful: I received an answer to my question quite fast and they even checked in after I didn't respond to a message.
Quality of the wool curtains is great. They are extremely soft and look great. Advice was to add 2cm to the length, I only added 1 because I prefer the curtains to lightly touch the floor. Only downside is that the company cannot do width alterations. Would be nice if they offered that. They do offer selling the fabric, so maybe that's an option for some people.
My wool rug sheds a lot but from what I understood that's normal for the first 6 weeks.

Whomever the woman was who helped me laston the phone was great! She got me the rug I wanted instead of the 1st one I requested.
For the 1st one I requested I based my color choice on the colors I saw online. The picture showed a beautiful warm tone of green. What I received was a lime colored rug was hard to even look at. Your company graciously allowed me to make a change in my choice of carpet color. The colors you show online can be dramatically different from what one receives when ordered. Anyway, your staff was VERY helpful in allowing the change.
And I love the carpet I now have.
