There weren’t, they found, enough items in stock to fulfil my order.
After a couple of weeks I had an email telling me that they had received just 1 of the items——did I want it ?
I did of course.
A note had obviously been made of my order not being fulfilled entirely !
Also well packaged—-very heavy items.

You didn't fulfill the order as your website showed an item was in stock when it in fact wasn't. A full refund was processed once your office opened after the weekend.

We're so sorry our inventory was not correct at time of order, sometimes this can be a miss type or a system error so we sincerely apologise for the disappointment.
In regards to the refund, from what I can see on the system you ordered on a Monday at 7:30 and by 8:42 your order was cancelled and was immediately refunded the very same day.
This can however take a few days to enter back into your account once processed.
We do hope you will shop this us again in the future.

This lamp is very rustic looking. Was expecting a cord cable for the price, but had a cheap plastic looking cable. The on/off switch is cheap plastic too. It looked gorgeous on the on-line picture, but I was so disappointed at the quality for the price of it. Nice lamp but overpriced!
