Brilliant company. I live on an island where many places will not deliver. I wanted a memorial bench and found the perfect one at Norfolk designer gardens not only was delivery free but it came fully assembled. Tracking was great had a phone call from delivery company with preferred date and delivered with care from a delivery driver who took it straight into my garden. Thank you 😊

It was easy to order the Cambridge bench online, but I really liked that I was able to telephone and speak to someone about my order and delivery.
When it arrived, it was expertly assembled onsite and we are delighted - it looks great in our garden and is very comfortable, with the added benefit of flat arms which give the option of a place to put a drink without the need for a table!

A very accomplished guy that delivered and put the table together. Useful tips on keeping the table in good condition.

The product itself is very nice but I have a damaged chair and I am not getting any response from the company about how to sort this out. I have been over 5 weeks now with no communication despite several emails

Very good product. Very nice staff, especially delivery driver but no one told me when i
ordered that delivery would depend on when they had a full load for my part of the country. This is understandable but i should have been told at time of ordering.

I brought a chair from you a few weeks ago , it was flat packed but it didn’t have the screws or dowels , I rang up many times to ask if they could send some in the post , but nobody sent them so , I will not ever recommend them , they just don’t care about customers once they’ve got their money, and to think I was going to buy another three, not now of them . So I have a chair flat packed which is no good and I paid few hundred pounds for , terrible service . .

From start to finish everything was 100%. Very quick delivery, excellent packaging. Very well made good quality product. Excellent value for money we couldn’t find anything close in local garden centres. Would highly recommend.

It took a while to be delivered and sadly with the wrong colour cushions but after a phonecall to Service(Tory) was told to keep what I had and another set would be sent - can't fault the service and quality of everything

Slightly longer delivery time than expected and not the best at communicating, but not bad either and absolutely worth the wait. The table I bought is gorgeous. Beautifully crafted and excellent quality. Would def buy again from this seller

A tough business to deal with when a defective item needs replacing, lack of communication and false promises. You have to keep chasing them to get it resolved.

Product ticked all my boxes, easy to assembled. Delivery was punctual and I was well informed. Two cushions slightly damaged, one phone call and staff very helpful and friendly, replacement cushions promptly delivered. Friendly,helpful and happy experience.
