Very friendly and helpful company
We made an online purchase of a Kingston Teak 3 x Seater Bench. Unfortunately we had to cancel the initial delivery [my fault] but spoke to Joe who was very helpful and understanding. Good communication by Tory who kept us updated with the re-scheduled delivery. The delivery driver Darren was very knowledgeable and gave us some valuable advice about assembly and maintenance. All in all a very friendly and helpful company to deal with and one we would thoroughly recommend.

Good customer service and beneficial advice
Responded well to phone contact and followed up with delivery on agreed date and time. Put the garden furniture in garage to preserve until Spring, very helpful.
Also advised to contact if any issues on opening the table packaging. Also advised to coat with a teak sealer which I purchased separately upon putting the table outside.

Excellent quality teak table and chairs
I have just bought a teak extendable garden table and chairs from Norfolk Designer Gardens and am delighted with them. They are really well designed and made and I am happy to support a family-run business.
Joe (managing director) and Peter delivered them today, assembled the table and took away the packing.
I'm looking forward to many years of garden dining.

Great teak garden furniture, cost and service
I was so pleased with the quality of the Heritage XL teak table set bought in July that I ordered another ten seater in October. The service and price on both occasions were exceptional. The two delivery men assembled the tables with great expertise and in a cheerful manner. Darren, who delivered the second table in October, had to unload the furniture in heavy rain. Though drenched he remained enthusiastic and gave good advice on maintaining it.

Beautiful Lutyens bench set.
I bought a beautiful set of Lutyens furniture consisting of a bench, 2 chairs and a coffee table.
It is well worth asking for assembly as the team did this very competently and efficiently.
I am delighted with this purchase.
If matching cushions had been available, I would have bought these too.
