Good customer service when ordering by phone and the delivery schedule was efficient and happened exactly as and when we were advised.
The delivery person was polite and helpful and gave my husband lots of advice, and suggested he could call for further support if needed.
Already the small shed 7 x5 is up and being felted as we speak. Although 75 my husband is very fit...he will be prepping for the erection of the 10 x 15 workshop next...thank you

Super easy online ordering. Immediate follow up to arrange delivery, removal of old shed and install new one. Price was competitive and delivery was faster than most sites indicate (1 week).
The two guys who delivered and installed the shed were very professional, courteous and got on with the job.

You stated 3-5 working days for delivery. No communication about a delay, I had to write to Norfolk sheds to ask where my delivery was. Item due to arrive 15 days after ordering.

Cannot understand why a Company that specializes in the supply of sheds takes some 4 - 5 weeks to deliver

Our bike shed arrived within a week as promised and was very easy to assemble. I did it on my own and husband tightened everything afterwards. My husband has a mountain bike with straight handle bars. I have a Dutch style electric bike and with a little bit of manoeuvre, they both fit perfectly.
All I would suggest is maybe thicker roof felt as it did rip slightly on the corners when trying to tidy. Also perhaps longer felt nails as they bounced about a bit…..that may be me of course. All in all, really happy with our choice.

good service to start with, shame the delivery was terrible, delivery driver arrived very late in the day, and the perspex was missing emailed in 3 times before i received a reply... no money off either...

overall i would not use again. they are cheap for a reason

Ordering was simple and straightforward, delivery arrived early (07:15) on the day requested which was a big help.

About a year ago we purchased a standard garden shed and were very pleased with it. This year we replaced an old caravan with a Tuscany Evo Plastic shed and completed the garden with an Ardcastle log cabin. Both excellent. Well worth having the log cabin built by Norfolk Sheds - completed in a single day to a high standard.

Purchased early 2022. Paid to have installed, so glad I did; 2 efficient work crew took a couple of hours to erect. Was recommended to paint quickly of which I did. Very happy with the service and delivery and no issues with the summer house. Pleased with my purchase.

Very pleased with my new summer house, i paid for my old one to be taken away & a new one in it's place, the guys that came were extremely helpful they even cut back the over hanging ivy, they were polite & efficient, very pleased that i chose Norfolk sheds

Wood stain, delivered on time in an excellent damage proof box. Protek paint was a delight to apply to my veg trug and has given it a new lease of life. Thanks guys

poor quality windows and frame the roof is splitting on the inside .
Paid a reasonable price but got a budget product very disappointed
