Different shape to ordered, I also paid 2010 +50 delivery. The store you sent was a different shape and advertised at cheaper price. I did not see this till delivery had gone or I would have returned for refund.

The price, initial contact with the company regarding details before delivery, and delivery itself were fantastic. There were only a few misgivings and nit-picks about the product that made me not give full 5 stars. They are easily correctible, if the company cares to do so:

1. Missing a few (quite important) screws for central roof holding beam (80mm one). The instructions specify that 4 are needed, but only 2 were provided.

2. Some of the panels were not perfect 90 degree angle frame, which made it a bit of a challenge to make the walls fit to straight line, but this is due to the wood warping so I think it's just unavoidable.

3. Installing the glass window panes is quite fidgety due to small nails and very narrow wood frame sides (they are also not cut to size, but that's ok) and can lead to breaking the glass panes (I did it). However, a HUGE PLUS to the product and company is that they provide a spare pane! This alone gives you a special star in my book!

4. The instructions for nailing down roof felt are not very clear in pictures, so anyone who has never done it might make a mistake like I did and nail the felt from the top into the roof, instead of folding it and nailing sideways. I did that after to make sure felt doesn't fly off in strong wind, but that might lead to felt breaking at the fold. Make sure to not bend at 90 degree, leave a bit of curve.

5. I was disappointed to see that of all possible wood strips/panels used to build walls and roof, the roof ones were with knots and holes in them! I know that roof pelt covers it, but it was a shame to see that the main thing that is supposed to keep the rain away had holes in it. Fixed it with some wood filler, so no big deal.

All in all EXCELLENT PRODUCT - very sturdy, very well made and once built I felt like I could live in it! I gave it a nice coat of protective paint on the outside and knew that The Ranger was a great choice when my princess wife said: "I really like looking at our new shed baby, it's amazing". Said no woman ever before, but mine did!

Such pleasant people. The gentleman wh took my order was extremely courteous & friendly The two men who put together our summer house, worked non stop, refusing drinks & producing a very pleasing end result.

I have bought both a corner arbour and a corner log cabin from Norfolk sheds in the last few years, The log cabin was constructed by them last month, I cannot fault this company and they have been the most reasonably priced for both items.
The guys who constructed the cabin were fantastic, hardworking, professional, polite and they worked in the rain and the dark to get done, I will use this company again and again and I will recommend them to everybody

Been looking into a corner shed for a while now and stumbled across Norfolk Sheds. Contacted them via email to ask a few questions and to basically ask for help as we know nothing about sheds and what we'd need. Lucy from Norfolk Sheds emailed back almost instantly and was so much help and really friendly. She helped over the course of about 2 weeks with different questions and queries we had and answered everything prompt and really nicely. Two gentlemen came out to install the base and shed today (4th April 2024) and they were fantastic. Really pleasant and were clearly experts at what they were doing. Overall, I am super impressed with Norfolk Sheds, from start to finish they were superb. We will be putting a summer house in our garden at some point in the future and we will be going straight back to Norfolk Sheds for this as well!

I contacted Norfolk Sheds by email to place an order I did not receive a reply. I emailed again as no one answered the telephone. I have not received a reply

Thank you for your reply, however I needed answers to questions 1 Could I order but delay delivery 2 If delayed until first week in April would the price be the same and 3 the size of the largest piece.
Also having had two emails ignored and a telephone that just kept ringing I lost confidence in your company

Excellent Overall. Bought a Lewis (7' x 5') T&G Reverse Apex Shed. I originally ordered and paid for a larger, more expensive shed, before delivery I realised this would be too big for my garden. I called Norfolk Sheds and Lucy was fantastic, she immediately swapped to the smaller shed and arranged to refund the difference. Delivery was fast and efficient, on the time described, driver called in advance. The quality of the shed was good and the installation was easy.

The shed manufacturer (Shire) included some facia parts which were the wrong size. I contacted Lucy and she immediately sent the correct parts with no quibbles.

Only small negative is that I paid extra for the Lock and Key lock and whilst I still recommend this the installation was sloppy. Other than that, I can't fault Norfolk Sheds. Great experience, I recommend them.

Lucy in the office couldn’t have been more helpful with her help and advice the whole way through and came back to me so quickly when I had questions. The 2 guys who came to fit the summerhouse were so friendly and worked so hard to get it done, looks amazing! Highly recommend Norfolk Sheds!

Really efficient service and prompt

Excellent service, responsive to many queries and questions. Shed arrived and was erected - all ran very smoothly. I would definitely recommend Norfolk Sheds. The quality of the product is excellent. All round pleased.

Great price and prompt delivery

Service great. Delivery process great (if a but pricey). Now the shed is up looks better than expected while i was halfway through building it. The instructions were brilliant (unusual). However.... the pieces are all a bit rough, some of the sizes arent completely accurate, the quality of some of the cuts is rough/break easily around the edges, some of the pieces have clearly been assembled for something else initially. Biggest issue is that it requires two coats of treatment prior to assembling. I could have missed it but not sure this was mentioned prior to purchase. Fully expected it to come pre treated, any other wood I buy for exterior work is pre treated, seems odd that this isnt. There are also A LOT of knot holes, looks a bit like we've had a western-style shoot out. But one I insulate it they'll be fine.
