I have never had such great response…
I have never had such great response from underwriters in all my 14 years as an agent. They are easy to contact and knowledgeable, will answer any and all questions quickly. The billing dept is also super friendly and helpful, esp Dennis Sanchez and will help with difficult audit questions.

Lacking assistance
After expressing to Normandy insurance that my broker was unresponsive to our request to update our company name and contact information, Normandy representatives continually instructed me to have the broker send over the Acord form for the change. I kept expressing that my broker was not responding to our emails or phone calls so how can I get a broker to work with me if they're not responding to our needs? I was disappointed that Normandy Insurance couldn't have had a different strategy to help one of his customers other than to direct them to a broker that was non-responsive.
