Working with Underwriter Krysti Payne…
Working with Underwriter Krysti Payne is a joy and easy as a breeze. She wrote the WC for a Catering Staffing company and a Cleaning company for me in just a couple days soon as I provided her a full submission. Normandy will get my CGL for them too. Direct personal interaction with my Underwriter, none of the "sterile, fully automated submission portal treatment" some Carriers want to funnel producers through.
Great attitude, responsive, professional, courteous, quick, excellent service.
I will continue to submit business to Normandy and Krysti Payne!

Normandy is a great place to write business. Their underwriting team is quick, efficient, and lets you know right off the bat if they can assist in quoting or not. This is great as an agent because a lot of the time we need to place business quickly, and don't have the luxury of wasting time. Normandy is expanding their appetite as they see success, and that's helped us as well. I love the employees that I interact with, and they definitely make it easy to want to work with them.

This is the worst insurance company
This is the worst insurance company. They don't notify you of money is owing even when you have a standing order with them. You just get a surprise call from debt collector's even after being a customer with them for about 7 years. Customer service is the absolute worst! Do not recommend!
