I bought one loop toe sandals from Northend shop 2 months ago. They sent me the wrong size and promised to send me the right size. I have sent several email to their support team, who have not responded to any of my emails. I am totally disappointed with their service.
I sent them the pictures of the shoes which are still in their original packaging. But till today they have not responded. I would never ever trust this site or buy from this company.
I have paid a lot of money for this and am very disappointed. I have requested for a refund too but they have not responded.

This company is a complete scam and now I’m out of pocket 🤬 Purchased a pair of shoes advertised as Crocs. They were not Crocs when they arrived and the sizing completely wrong. Customer service absolutely disgusting no replies to emails I returned my order to the returns address on my orders label and still nothing from them other than an email two weeks after me messaging them so now I have no order and no refund and order somewhere in feltham (the address on my orders label) totally disgusting. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE 🤬🤬

I have been sending several emails to try to get a return address and they are just giving me the run around. Time is running out on return date, please, does anyone have the return to address?

Northend has has been selling counterfeit Sketchers sneakers. The YouRube ad declares them to be sketchers and shows shoes within brand marks and logos. He shoes I received were cheap counterfeits with not logos or other Sketchers brand markings. When I tried to get a refund they just stonewalled me.
This company is a SCAM!

I happened on this site and tried to order ONE pair of shoes and received 6 that I don’t want. Please Return my money and send me a return label. I’m sorry I even looked at your ad. I’m also sending this to visa

Do not order anything from this company!!! They don’t respond back to you or text you back. I’ve been trying to get a refund and have no luck! I called and left 10 messages!!!

Dreadful service, shoes ordered, arrived eventually, clearly way too small and not true to size. Contacted them - was asked to submit photos etc which I did instantly and then I followed up with 6 emails to absolutely no response and I am £50 worse off with shoes which are not as per advert!!!!!!! Waste of time and waste of money.

I ordered rubber sandals in size 9 they sent size 10. They said they would send me the correct size. After a week with no shipping info. I emails them asking when they would be shipped. They responded by saying they weren’t going to send them because they weren’t available. I went online to try to order them and guess what? They are available. They said if I wanted a refund I would have to send them to some address in China $$$. This was clearly their mistake so I emailed them saying please send me the size I ordered and I would send the wrong size back when they send me a shipping label at their expense. Since then they have ghosted me.

The only reason I'm giving you one star cause I can't give you 0. These are such a poor quality shoe. They're not what they're supposed to be. I'm supposed to have the sparkly. They're not they look like something I bought from the dollar store what a way to rip-off your customers. I am going to tell everybody I know about this so nobody buys your product anymore.

wow - add another bad review to the list. I too should have checked on them before ordering. The sandals are crappy, don't fit at all. When I requested info to return them, was given advice to not do so because of shipping times & expense. Suggested I could have a discount if I ordered something else. NEVER! do not trust this company.... Just a rip off. Shoes are not leather as stated, just crappy vinyl &poorly made.

I was so so disappointed when my trainers eventually arrived after waiting 3 months for them . They were very bad quality & nothing like the pictures of them . The refund policy is confusing & has to be paid for by me !!

Oh how I wish I had read the reviews before I bought via an ad on Facebook what I thought were Skechers slipins but what I got were cheap and nasty knockoffs.

Do not touch this company with a barge pole! I thought I was ordering Skechers sandals and these cheap version turned up! I’ve asked to return them but they don’t reply to emails! Do not order anything from them, they are CHEAP and nasty, stay clear!

Misleading ad on instagram showing Skechers shoes. When I realized my mistake it was too late, the order had been confirmed. I am now trying to return the sandals, which don’t even correspond to the description, and after sending photos as requested, I still have had no response…

I ordered 2 pair of sandals that were supposed to be sequin flex sandals. You were supposed to be able to slip them on without bending over. What i got were 2 pairs of cheap cheap knit sandals. I spent over 100 dollars for these cheap dollar store replicas. What a scam this company is. They are not from Denver as they state, but from China. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

I purchased the sandals and they never arrived!

I only wished I read reviews before I was duped with cheap crap.

Really poor quality - so bad I actually binned the shoes. Do not buy anything from them. Returns were very difficult so I just gave up.
