I ordered a pair of black platform sandals. They arrived and the size 10 is correct but the quality is horrible, like cheap material, dangerous to wear. I contacted customer support and asked to return them but i have not heard back from them.
I’ve clearly been scammed, and I’m angry.

Do not buy these cheap fake shoes - it is a waste of money.
Customer care is quick to offer 50% discount for the next order, then 75% but the shoes I have received are cheapest quality.
You then have to send them back on your own costs to China! DO NOT BUY at this shop.

I ordered the black crocs "most comfortable shoe you will ever wear " as described on the advert. Size 6. I received a size 3 of the worst quality shoe. I am so disappointed. These companies should not be allowed to false advertise.

This "So Called" Company is a COMPLETE scam. What I ordered or so I thought was ordered WAS NOT WHAT I GOT!!!! Cant' reach them on phone or by e-mail to get this corrected!!!
They send complete knockoffs and cheaply made......DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!

They are a hoax site with rubbish products and bad customer services. Please don't use them you will not be satisfied.

Ordered pink silver sneaker and was send Burgundy colour they will not pay for return postage have offer 75% of next pair of shoes and also advise me I can keep theses sneakers why would I

I don’t even want to give one star for this company. Ordered some sandals that were so small you can’t even get your foot through the straps. Dispite communication with their customer service nothing was resolved and now they totally ignore my emails. Don’t waste your money buying from this company. Over £46.00 worth of shoes only fit for the bin !!

Scam scam scam! I ordered pretty much the same as everyone else on here!!! I looked at their Sketcher slip-ons and ordered two pair! They aren't even Sketcher brand, but cheaper and never heard of this brand! I have called and called, plus emails but nothing! What a rip off. I hope someone reads the reviews and takes my word for it! They are super crooks! JUST want my 99.96 back! I have a name for them, but should not put on this ! lol? Crooks crooks crooks!

Bought some sandals and they were nothing like they advertised. They are cheap and nasty. Don't fit properly. They definitely dont have cork soles. There nasty, cheap, plastic/rubber. Soles are very slippery and you would fall it was wet on the ground.
You cannot get in touch with them via email or any sort of message centre.
Obviously selling fake unsafe goods. They're scamming people outbof money by false advertising.

Ordered skeechers slip on sandals cheap rubbish received don’t even fit

Ordered from this store two pairs of sketchers slip on shoes. What I received was unbranded shoes, in a different colour to what I ordered and what they sent also had laces. Contacted the company with pictures of the wrong order and how they were going to fix there mistake they asked for more pictures which I provided and have not replied since. Would highly recommend you do not order from here send poor quality wrong items and customer service doesn’t help.

I have been waiting an entire month for my order to arrive, and I still have nothing to show for it. The customer service is an absolute joke — they keep sending the same generic, copy‑and‑paste emails offering discount codes instead of actually addressing the issue. Every time I ask for a refund, they ignore the request and repeat the same line about the package having “left the warehouse.”

Well, if it supposedly left the warehouse a month ago, where is it? Nowhere. Because this company is a complete scam.

They refuse to refund, refuse to take responsibility, and clearly don’t even have real people responding to emails.

Do not waste your money. Do not engage with their rubbish products or their non-existent service. Total scam artists.

This company is a scam. Sent wrong sized shoes I got a 3 instead of a 6.

I ordered 2 pairs slip on slip off runners. I received my order today, not the shoes I ordered and they dont fit. They offer returns but you must pay shipping. I shouldn't pay shipping as they didn't send me the runners I ordered. Company is offering me the option to return at my cost of shipping. Unreal, They send me cheap shoes that are not the ones I ordered and they also are offering 50%off order if I choose to keep them. Also offering 50% off next order. Like I would order again!!! Unreal

I ordered trainers said they were sketchers ordered size 6 was sent 4 they were not sketchers they said it would be expensive to send back they offered me discount I dont want anything else how do I get a refund

I ordered 2 pairs wedge sandals size 5 and paid £101. When they arrived they were a size 4! I have written and emailed 10 times and being ignored! Absolutely terrible service and a complete waste of money! Do not order from this company!!

Absolutely terrible shoes wrong size wrong colour delivered. They say the sandals are easy to slide your foot they are anything like that . The advert says the store is in the UK which is not true so how do you get a refund probably cost a lot to send back to China

I have nothing good to say about this company. it is horrible customer service takes forever to ship and then when you get your item it is not what you ordered. they advertise sketchers but what they ship is a crap pair of shoes. Then when you want to return they make you send pictures that you have not worn them and say they will review and decide if you can return- REALLY?? this company is just a big scam!! I have tried for over a month to return these and get my money back, I have sent 10 emails and they will not respond. They took my money and sent a crap pair of shoes and now wont respond or give me my money back. They are a terrible company!
