Northern Respiratory is licensed by the Ontario Ministry of Health to provide home respiratory care under the Home Oxygen Program (HOP) and the Assistive Devices Program (ADP). For referring physicians home oxygen assessments, overnight oximetry testing and PAP therapy download reports are available via referral and on request. At Northern Respiratory we believe that the need to be on oxygen doesn’t have to set limits on your lifestyle. We’ve set out to provide the best portable oxygen concentrators (POCs) on the market to give patients the confidence that they’ll have a 24/7 oxygen supply while at home or away. First Class Sales and Serive
My whole experience was excellent. From the original booking of my appointment by phone to the visit to the facility to pick up my machine. Upon arrival, covid protocols were strictly adhered to and the office looked very clean and sterile. Rachelle looked after me and she was very professional. She explained everything clearly and any questions I had she was able to answer. After showing me the working of the machine I was getting, she then explained the different types of hoses and masks available. We settled on what we both thought would be best for me. The processing of my purchase also went smoothly. I have had the machine for 4 nights now and have had no issues for 3 nights. I am very happy with the product so far and my sleeps have been better. I am not anticipating any problems if I have follow-up questions or issues. I would highly recommend Northern Respiratory to anyone in the market for a device or accessories. Can't imagine my experience being any better.

Superior Personal Care
Rachelle and Steve provide superior customer care. During these COVID times I was allowed to enter the store and obtain my new device. Rachelle was very thorough through the process which made me confident that I bought my device from the right place. Not only my new device will provide me information about my sleep but she will have access to make any changes by a phone call away. That is service! In addition, the store is well stocked with supplies at very great prices. This is one local place that I will continue to support for many years!

Great place. Great employees. Made it easy to get my CPAP machine. They were always available for a chat or a visit. Made my transition to using a CPAP machine on a nightly basis easier with their expertise. I highly recommend them!

as always Rob and his staff come through, polite , informative and always ensuring 5 star service, this is not just a place to purchase your equipment its a learning experience Rob will answer any questions you need , he also is a sleep apnea user so walk the walk talk the talk , I strongly encourage anyone who have any reservations about sleep apnea machines please use the machine be patient it will change your life
