All the oils I had smelt beautiful

So so glad my daughter told me about the amazing scents from the Northern Soul Scents wax melts. I ordered several different packs and absolutely love them all, they are just so beautiful. This company is now my go to and I will never buy from anywhere else. I can’t wait for the new diffuser reeds and refills to be added. My home has never smelt so welcoming!

So far I’ve loved everything to do with NSS from the wax melts I’ve ordered in various different gorgeous scents to the ‘small business’ vibe you get from them.
They’ve just emailed to say they’re planning a big rebrand/restructure which always makes me feel rather wary - if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Just please don’t mess with your original vibe too much!

These are the best wax melts I have purchased and they are very reasonably priced for the excellent quality unlike some wax melts that are barely fragranced these smell Devine will definitely keep purchasing

Fabulous scents. All the family have their favourites.......Graveyard Walk for granddaughter, Thunderstorm for daughter and Coffee and Newspaper for me!
So pleased that the carrier has been changed so more certainty for quicker delivery

Bought lots of products from NSS. Signed up for the Subscription Boxes and when I moved house there was a bit of confusion about the change of address. It does appear that this was my fault, I had changed my address for deliveries but not for the subscription. Anyhooooo, I got in touch with Jody and without any quibble, she changed my address and sent a replacement out. Excellent customer service and highly recommended, both the Company and the products. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My first time ordering from this company and I was not disappointed absolutely stunning quality of product and quality packaging.

I did not receive exactly what I ordered.
What I did receive are lovely, but it has been frustrating as the missing items were important for a present.
I have had zero response from several attempts trying to sort this via email & customer contact form.
Such a shame.....

Beautiful fragrances I have not smelt one I do not like

The room and linen sprays are great, all with very original scents. I absolutely love the Thunderstorm (petrichor) scent. But my absolute favourite is the Frankincense and Myrrh. Just a few sprays and my whole house smells amazing.

Fabulous company, love the fact that it's not a 'big chain' and i'm supporting the little business.
Also, and more importantly, what an excellent product!! Smells are absolutely gorgeous, and they last too, not like some products which smell nice on the first melt then have no scent at all. Have made several purchases now, and won't buy my wax melts from anywhere else. You MUST try these!!!

I have been ordering for a couple of years now and in my opinion NSS are the best wax melts around. They are natural, smell amazing and long lasting. The smell is still noticible the next day when you enter the room. They are great value for money.

Such imagination and originality in their scents. Lovely sustainable products. Good service and friendly quick responses to queries.

I have ordered many wax melts over time but never before have I had any that are as outstanding as these !!,The selection of unique scents is brilliant and when burning them you can really relate the scent to the name, the scent fills the whole house with the desired aroma beautifully!!,The customer service from Jody has been first class!,one bit of advice I would give is use a smaller size burner,we found that they give off a better scent than a larger burner,all in all extremely impressive company to deal with and outstanding products

I’ve ordered from this company before so I know that their products are very good. I love the sample bag of wax melts because you can try a lot of different fragrances for a reasonable price. It was simple to place my order and my parcel arrived within the time frame given. As it’s a small business and all the products are hand made you do have to wait a couple of weeks for your order but this is clearly stated when you order. I will definitely use this company again

The melts are absolutely the best out there.
The scents are beautiful.
When people come into my home they always ask what the lovely smell is.
I can't name my favourite as they are all wonderful.
Delivery isn't instant but it is best to remember that they are made to order, not pulled off an amazon shelf.
