At first was all okay.
Had my hire car a week- got a flat tire. Auxillis was unable to contact their supposedly 24 hours tire company, so had to have my car towed ( which didn’t come until 1am the next day) was honestly a joke.
Now having to pay 2 different car charges for their mistake. Auxillis was unable to even tell me what the charges were for. Had to take the complaint further. Sadly it was upheld. I do not recommend this company- they are extremely unhelpful, not understanding and take money which is not deserved for their own mistakes!!!

At some point in many people's lives, a stressful time arises when they have to deal with a car insurance claim. I have dropped my jaw to the floor to see how Auxillis have taken me through the process... The Company has made what I thought would be a stressful and awful time absolutely effortless and stressless for my wife and me. Right from the first contact through to the end, we were made to feel important and taken care of. From the first phone call to the emails, Auxillis was always there, ready to answer any questions we had. We did not have many questions left, as everything was clearly explained to us from the very first point of contact.
It was an absolute pleasure to have Auxillis assist us with everything; their staff is very friendly and very well trained in customer service, as well as in all legal matters.
I wish there were more companies like Auxillis.

Horrendous company that have completely ripped me off with hire charges. Auxillis supplied my hire car through my insurance company, and charged me for one day of late return, despite the fact that I spent a whole day trying to get through to them and they wouldn’t answer the phones! I left multiple voicemails and lost a day of work waiting for them to contact me to collect the vehicle. They also charged me for a failed collection even though nobody came to my house to collect on the day of the charge!! Absolutely absurd , I have been robbed blind of over £200. Unprofessional company that are impossible to get hold of and despite me explaining everything to them they have been totally unhelpful. I returned the car in perfect condition and they have treated me awfully. Terrible terrible service, avoid if you can as they will try to get money off you any in any way possible!!!!

After a great start for a no fault accident on the day, I find myself being told different things (someone is lying to me), promised calls (including today) and feeling I have to do all the chasing. I am nowhere forward in over a week. Right now I wish I had not opted to go with Auxillis from Admiral. Hopefully things will improve but not impressed at the moment.

Where do I even begin. What an absolute shambles of a company. My car was written off in a non‑fault accident, and Admiral—my own insurer—referred me to Auxillis. At first, it seemed promising: they arranged a courtesy car quickly, and it was a decent one. But that’s exactly where the positives ended.
It became obvious very quickly that the whole setup exists purely so they can pass extortionate hire costs onto the other driver’s insurer. Meanwhile, my wrecked car sat outside my house for two months, untouched, while I was bounced between different companies who were all equally useless.
I genuinely don’t think Auxillis know what service they’re supposed to provide. If you’re lucky, you might get through to someone on the phone who has half a brain cell, but don’t count on it. Two months later, my car was finally collected by Copart.
Have I seen any money? Of course not. Do I even know who is supposed to be paying me? No. When I phoned Auxillis, they claimed they’d already received the full costs but needed to “wait 14 days for the money to clear their account.” I’m not sure what bank takes two weeks to clear a payment, but I’m certainly not holding my breath for them to contact me before that magical 14th day—which surprise, has now passed and I have received no contact. I recently phoned them, only to be advised now that they and not received the costs and it’s still with the other insurer, but guess what, Auxillis have received payment for their services (£2.2k for doing absolutely nothing).
All in all, an awful service from start to finish. I would never use them again.

From start to finish 1 being the first call to arrange delivery to the collection was excellent and extremely professional hassle free service. Driver was more than helpful with a good happy positive friendly attitude overall 10/10 i would highly recommend Auxillis Thanks again ill be back !!!

Quick to deliver a car after a non fault accident and no issues with the car itself but they off hired it 5 days ago and still haven’t collected it. They call and say that they have no drivers. We work full time so have a collection window for when we could arrange to be home. We are told that they can’t do this and just to leave the key under a mat or plant pot! This is a car work 40k and they think just leaving the key outside is ok! I have categorically refused as I can just imagine who would immediately get the blame if it got stolen. The operator said ‘ we advise all our customers to do the this, our vehicles are tracked so it’s fine’. I informed him the trackers are useless when the car is loaded onto a lead lined lorry within 10 mins of being stollen but he just tried to insist we leave the key. No responsible car rental should be advising this and it goes against their own terms and conditions. So a week later and they are still ‘have driver shortages’ and the the car is taking up space on my drive. Unbelievable. Im now going to start charging them storage.

Very helpful in the provision of a rental car while my car was in for repairs after I got rear-ended while driving home. Collection and return of the rental was a streamlined process too because I was literally able to collect the rental at the repair centre where my car was due to receive repairs, and then I was able to return the rental there for collection too. I can’t thank you guys enough!
