I needed to get a hire car on short notice and the teams at several branches really went out of their way to help me out. I ended up with a very nice hire car with a smooth pickup process and easy return as well. Definitely recommended.

My insurance went with auxillis for my courtesy car. I gave the dates when it could be delivered and they chose the dates I couldn’t do and didn’t say. Also said it’s come that week and didn’t (courtesy car), maybe week or two after it came. Also asked for a small small car maybe around the same as seat/golf so it’s the same as my car and I’m use to it, I begged them not to give me anything big- they gave me a Geep. Then after two weeks now of not having the courtesy car, they have tried to take £60 out of my account. Apparently for breakdown damage costs even though there was no damages and petrol was left back the way it came. But they are still trying to take it!?!! Which is such a scam so watch out for the fine print and what they speed past on the phone calls

We had a good experience, both delivery and pick up was good, couple of things stopped a 5 star rating , the car should be delivered with a full tank and then it’s easy to return it with a full tank, it would be nice if you could offer a AM or PM pick up as well, finally the car I received was full of scratches and bumps and it wasn’t that old , so I had to take a video of the car on my phone.

Following a ‘no fault’ incident, I was told auxilis would ‘ deal with everything and it would all be straight forward’. I thought I had completed all the forms correctly but when I dropped my car off for repair - there was no hire car for me. I have rung auxillis to be advised my car hire form had not been completed. They say they called me once but I have no record of that on my phone . They texted me but my reply bounced back as unable to deliver. I received an email saying everything complete , replied with a date of car repair, but never received a reply. The whole experience has been a disaster.
