My experience with Auxillis stockton was great. After writing off our car they only had an automatic, worried about driving what was offered they went above and beyond to find us a manual car from another site.
A brand new car arrived, absolutely beautiful. Had the pleasure of having it for 4 weeks. When we opted in to giving it back sooner that was pretty simple to sort out also.
Communication and organisation was great.

I haven't had an accident or had to claim before and didn't know what to expect. I was expecting a lot of back and forth and a lot of anxiety. What I have received is the opposite and have left everything in your hands . After the incident and reporting i have nothing but praise for the way my claim has been handled and have been kept up to date with the claim
If in the unlikely event that I have another claim my first port of call will be to yourselves. Numbers don't and can't replicate the quality of the service that ive received

They were very helpful in getting me the right vehicle for the job I was doing. They brought the vehicle over a long distance to my address,, and were very polite and as it was a new vehicle took time to show me where all the instruments were. On completion of the hire I made a quick phone call and they came out straight away to remove it. All the staff from the office to the delivery and collection were polite and helpful

Was referred to auxillis through
my insurance company after a no fault accident. Was worried about the financed credit. Auxillis were great at staying in touch about the hire car and even after some confusion about where the car was to be delivered they worked with me and delivered it to an address that suited at the time. Incident was 8th of may. Car went in for repairs 1st of June to 5th of June. Got an email today to say claim has been settled in full by the third party at fault. Very pleased.

I was put onto auxillis by my insurer for a courtesy car after someone damaged my car.
Not impressed.
Despite being told by my insurer someone would contact me to arrange my replacement car no-one did and I had to contact them myself, twice.
When my car was delivered I was not given a time slot and the car was parked near to my home on double yellow lines, photos on their delivery contract, and I received a call from the delivery person to say so, as I went out to look the driver just handed me the keys and told me he had emailed me a contract stating any present damage,I was not offered to check out sign for the vehicles and agree what they were stating and the driver just drove off. I didn't even get to agree anything or sign any agreement it was signed on my behalf. The vehicle was fine but had no rear parcel shelf to hide any contents within the boot. When I no longer needed the vehicle having had mine returned from the repair I was told I would be contacted to arrange collection, again no-one did and I again had to call Auxillis, they arranged a day to collect and I was told I would receive a call on the day with a time slot, again never happened and I just happened to be home when someone knocked on my door, he showed me no id and just asked for keys. Again I was not invited to any inspection of the vehicle or agree anything ,(although there was no damage or problems) again I was sent a collection contact and again it had been signed on my behalf. I will be complaining to my insurer who use this company and will not be taking out any future insurance who use this company. Poor service, don't care attitude.
I see from previous poor reviews here they automatically respond with a message to say they will ask for further details and react, don't bother Auxillis, you have my arrangement number and I'll take it up with my insurer, who at the moment instruct you

Following an accident on the way to our holiday we were in a dilemma as we lost the use of our car. We had a hotel booked for the first night and Auxilis made a real effort to bring a car to us at the checking out time of the hotel so that we could continue with our journey. We had the car for three weeks afterwards which allowed us time to sound a new vehicle. Collection was simple and they did a thorough check of the hire vehicle before departing. Well done and thank you Auxillis for your excellent service.
