Great experience

My first time making an investment purchase so understandably I was nervous and had lots of questions. Rebecca and Adam made the whole process so easy for me, would definitely recommend this company.

I spoke to Becka Colley about an apartment for my daughter who is job hunting in London. Becka was so easy and pleasant to talk to and very professional and knowledgeable. Although we are not quite ready to reserve I will definitely be going back to ask Becka’s advice. I highly recommend speaking to her for advice if you’re looking to invest in property in London.

We were having trouble receiving our deposit back however after speaking with Sera and Eve they managed to get the deposit returned quickly and efficiently. I thank them for their prompt response and help.

The worst company ive ever had to deal eith

The experience even from the very beginning was worse and disgusting with huge lack of compassion and understanding. Everyone that works in the Manchester branch make sure that you go through hell. They don’t give a single damn about your comfort, safety, needs or understanding. They just want money. I don’t see any single good review about them if there are then they have faked them.

Renting through North Property Group has been a great experience so far. The property management team is always responsive and professional, making everything smooth and hassle-free. Brice has been very great to me. Any issues are dealt with promptly, and communication is always clear. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable property management company!
