Great Experience with Robin at North Property Group

I recently moved into a new property, and Robin made the whole process so smooth. He was incredibly helpful, responsive, and made everything easy to understand. I really appreciated his support throughout the entire process. Highly recommend Robin and the team!

Very poor estate agent who bribes rental tenants to leave good reviews!!! The building I live in has over 10 flats managed by North Property group, over the years I have lived there, there have been multiple leaks in the building (which North Property group are not responsible for), however their extremely slow response times have lead to these leaks going on for days, weeks and in the currently circumstance, over a month. Water damage is so impactful to apartment buildings and leaks should be of urgent priority and fixed as quick as possible. North Property Group are responsible for unnecessary damage to the building, and I would advise any landlord to steer clear. There are far better estate agent options locally in Leeds. Finally, North Property Group have been seen to be offering rental tenants monetary bribes to take down their poor reviews and instead post good ones. Which would explain why there are only 5 star reviews and a few real 1 star ones. Appalling behaviour that is meaning the perception of this company is very wrongfully portrayed. AVOID.

The key collection and move in experience was smooth and easy. Brice was very helpful and very responsive.

I had a really great experience with NPG. Cameron was kind, swift and had great communication when setting up my tenancy. He walked me through the whole process and answered all my questions. If I decide in future to move again I will definitely be contacting NPG directly.
