I’ve dealt with many estate agents, but NPG is by far my favorite. Although our deal didn’t work out in the end, my experience with them was exceptional. From my very first call with Laura, and throughout the entire process, everyone was professional, honest, respectful, and went above and beyond.

All I can say is that we would not have got through this without the exceptional help of Ben Hazel and the team at the north property group. We have worked with NPG for a number of years now. Although many of our projects have been pushed back, this has been due to construction delays with the developers. NPG have been supportive, informative and on hand throughout. With a strong network and high level of service expertise, I have managed to smoothly exchange on all my units and those which have completed, placed on rent. NPG lettings are managed by a team of highly motivated and charming individuals. A quick mention to Head of Client Services Kate Varley who recently went over and above to find us a trusted solicitor for our upcoming completion and Misha in the lettings team for finding us amazing tenants. Happy 7 year anniversary at NPG Kate!

The lettings team has been proactive in finding and starting the tenancy as soon as the building/project was complete. They are communicative and keep a good tap on the tenants / landlords by being a bridge between the two. Paperwork is strong and tight. Overall a hassle free approach whilst letting out your property to this agency.

The whole team were really helpful, a big plus point was having a WhatsApp group to help with communication.

North Property and Laura were an absolute pleasure to work with. They provided outstanding professionalism compared to other estate agents in Leeds, with exceptional customer service. As a tenant, I have had a smooth experience signing up for a home with NPG. They are very attentive to any questions during tenancy and swift to solve any repairs.

I had a wazzap conversation with Sophie N. -their representative, absolutely a nightmare, she replied only from half hour to one hour for one question, telling me she is multitasking. The initial price of investment was around £50,000 when we talked about it it went up to £240,000 and a deposit level or 35%???? They also advertised that buildings are already build, but Sophie said ranges from Q4 2024 to Q3 2028, horrible experience, totally waste of my time . I would not recommend this company! NO

This company has been most helpful and supportive during the process of purchasing my flat in Brighton. This was in the person of Jim Beatty he always answered my questions and emails very promptly. I was able to give me the information I required you to being very efficient and thorough in his work John McMurray.

I had a fantastic experience working with Sera heather. She was incredibly helpful, proactive, and always followed up promptly. Her dedication made the process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend her and would give more than 5 stars if I could!

My rent journey was handled seamlessly, the staff were helpful with prompt approach to client’s query. Everything was managed professionally and I am quite satisfied with their service.

Initial viewing was unsuccessful because the agent lied about the house facilities. Where I'm at now is good, thankfully, because the actual agent who saw me that day recommended it. The new place was fine but had issues getting a post box key for about 3months and got charged wrongly for electricity because of zero comms between the agency and the electricity company. So not the best first experiences.

Great experience during the entire process.

I loved how the customer service, however I feel there is room for improvement on communication. Communication will help the customer understand the process.
