First of all, people be aware of this estate agent and some of their employees because they are very crafting and will scam you out of your money or savings. I dealt with Pennel and her colleagues symraty and they will play games on your intelligence and try to make you think they gave you an aware inform choice. If an estate agent come up with and ask you to pay 6months upfront rent fees and rushed their bank details to you, be aware they are trying to scam you in the economy, rent reference agencies like right move cost less than £50, do not give a week deposit to any estate agent before you pass any reference check. Be careful of landlords who also want to scam vulnerable people out of their savings. I don’t think other reviews are genuinely related to the services offered .
The response to the review—- INDEED. Then after collecting thousands of pounds from you then landlord will kick you out . Where the estate agent will cleverly give u 6months tenancy and tell you there will be a clause - clause means give landlord the honourable choice whether to let you continue to stay or not after you have pay the mortage for 6months. Why are people so money hungry mercilessly. Who pays 6 months upfront where average rent is 1/2 flat is £1500/ £2500 and more . Sigh…..

Taniesha recently carried out a midterm inspection of our rental apartment and we were very pleased with her professionalisation the actual report was very detailed.
