I hired a dozen pieces of plant and machinery from North Side Rentals for a project, but unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. Although they were quite prompt with their delivery, the equipment they mobilized to the worksite was faulty, breaking down repeatedly and causing delays in our project. When I contacted them for repairs, their response time was disappointingly slow, further impacting our progress. To make matters worse, they tried to charge me for the malfunctioning equipment, despite it being unreliable and prone to breaking down again. Overall, I cannot recommend North Side Rentals due to the poor quality of their machinery and lack of responsive customer service.

This is my normal spot for car rentals, excellent vehicle and availability why would I need to go anywhere else.

Rental was in excellent condition and the two staff members were very friendly and helpful.

I have been a customer of Northside Rentals Airport branch for about 3 years. The staff are always friendly and helpful. In my experience they always go the extra mile to assist. That's why they are my choice for car rental for now and into the future.

Quick, easy and good value for money.

We rented a 12-seater, but when we arrived for pickup, the company realized they had double-booked the vehicle. After a delay, they gave us a 12-seater LDV with 66K kilometers on it. The car was in poor condition—filthy inside and out, with dirty windshields, dashboard, and side mirrors. Despite this, we had no choice but to accept it as there were no alternatives, and our trip was already planned.

What was more concerning was the safety of the vehicle. The brakes were noticeably poor, and the last service had been done over 30K kilometers ago. Driving over 2,000 kilometers from Perth to Monkey Mia, we were constantly worried about the car breaking down. Although we made it through without incident, it felt extremely risky and irresponsible of the company to provide a vehicle in such unsafe condition. This could have easily led to a serious issue on the road.

Easy to hire and to rebook and credit a day an pay no drama completely professional

I was heading up to the Murchison and wanted a reliable 4x4. Northside provided this - ex mine site vehicle but drove well with good economy. Not fancy but did the job. Good service and pricing.

Very easy online booking and confirmation process. An excellent price compared to other brands.

I can only recommend this rental place.
It was super simple and cheap compared to other companies.
The staff was very friendly and we got everything we wanted.

For my most recent hire I was very disorganised, had just lost my wallet, and had to postpone my vehicle return twice at very short notice. Nothing was any bother for this great team. Stress-free! Will continue to use and recommend to everyone.

Awesome friendly staff, very hassle free experience. My only complaints are,there is NEVER any cars at $27 per day.....never happens,and the air con in the cheapest cars does not keep up with the summer heat

Car great price good, communication very bad!!
Careful if returning car on a sunday!!
No communication on return of vehicle , office closed no-one answering phone.
Had to leave vehicle and hide key to get flight in time. Very stressful!!!

Great car, great service.. prompt airport pick - up and drop off back to hotel on car return.. car in great condition - through before and after photos taken and great price.. highly recommend.. next time in broome i would go for a 4 wheel deive to have beach access..

I’ve been f@cked over hard by other hire vehicle mobs with their sneaky tactics, however I’ve alwaysed been treated well and made to make it feel as they’re putting one of the own kids in the car🚐

the employees have always reminded me to take photos aswell, purely for a triple back up.
