Great service from start to finish. Responded to my initial enquiry promptly, gave a quote for potential work quickly.

When they came over, found the issue was due to poor work by a prior electrician who skimped on fitting a splitter. Fixed it quickly, charged me for the work actually done which was less than the quotes.

I cannot praise this company enough. Last after my move up here they installed a 2nd TV for me with aerial extension. They proved to be totally reliable and went beyond the normal service. Now in the midst of lock down my TV broke, so I was able to contact them and they provided the best service again. I managed to get delivery of a new TV in a day and Tom organised an engineer to come that afternoon and install it. Once again excellent service. friendly and supportive. Can only highly recommend this wonderful company

On my initial phone call, the engineer came that day said he could sort it there and then, which he did, payed however the day after one of the TVs did not work, rang 2 days later to ask them to look at it, could not even look at it that day, then they only work 9-4 most people work those shifts, quick enough to take the initial payment but not quick at sorting any problems after that
