After having some issues with my TV signal I gave NorthWest Aerials a call. The guy I spoke to was super friendly and helpful and explained the very simple pricing structure. I booked an appointment and the engineer, Matt (also super friendly and very knowledgable), turned up as planned. He tested my aerial, explained what he would do then updated me throughout the visit to make sure I was fully informed of what he was replacing. Great service from start to finish and I would highly recommend to friends and family in the future. Thanks for the excellent work!

Brad came out on a Tuesday and gave an honest assessment of what was required. He gave several options, which varied in cost, which was good for someone on a budget. We decided to have the work done and Brad returned on the Thursday to carry out the work. At all times he was professional and friendly. He came when he said he would and even asked for a cover for the carpet so as not to dirty it. Not all workmen do that!! I would definitely recommend North West Aerials to my friends and family. A good job well done. Thank you!

Both Tom and Mark could not have been more helpful. They took pride in the job and treated it like work in their own house. They tied up the extra cable, removed an old aerial off the chimney, and, set up my new Humax box, all over and above the work I actually booked and paid them to do. Many thanks Guys :)
