Naturally, we take these matters extremely seriously. After a thorough investigation with the courier we are satisfied that the parcel was received & signed for by the addressee.
Due to Data Protection regulations we cannot share on Trustpilot a copy of the signed POD (proof of delivery) however we note the recorded signature by addressee 'Roland Hempel' on 30/01/2018 at 16:48.
