Norton shopping guarantee

Norton shopping guarantee, is a great way to get a refund. If you bought a product that went down in price within 30 days of purchase. You get the difference, refunded to you. The price difference has to be at the same site you originally purchased from.

I purchased an item for what I thought was a good price…

I purchased an item for a good price online, the seller sent me an email with my invoice and I also received an email from Norton Shopping Guarantee with all the info of my transaction and a Guarantee number at no charge to me.
Two days later the seller had the same item at $40 less. I checked out the Norton Shopping Guarantee, sent them a copy of my invoice and a screenshot of the new advertised price and within hours my $40 refund was approved!

Doesn't do anything

Had a package from DHL which was never delivered so I filed a claim with Norton. Unfortunately, because DHL has claimed that it has delivered the package, the guarantee does not cover the product any more.

It is such a scam

It is such a scam. I sent a dispute. It was never addressed, and after some time they just marked it as resolved. I tried contacting them multiple time, no answer ever.

I was supposed to receive a rebate on a lower price match

I was supposed to receive a rebate on a lower price match but after several weeks with nothing I contacted them. Very slow to respond and after verifying my address said a new check would be issued. It has now been another month with no refund and almost another week with no response after I attempted to contact them again. Initial approval was dated Dec. 20, 2022

Norton really does stand behind their guarantee.

What a shock at first in this day and age, a company actually doing what they say they will do!

The Norton Shopping Guarantee does indeed follow through with their promise, they reimbursed me $92.50 on a purchase were the item's price increased two days later.

This company does not stand for the…

This company does not stand for the consumer. Do not trust this company do not waste your time with this company. I ordered something from a company that has affiliation with this Norton guarantee the company sent me the wrong product I reached out to the company the company never got back to me I reached out to Norton since they emailed me asking how my experience was and I said it was awful they sent me the wrong thing they had me fell out a bunch of paperwork. After going back and forth with Norton several times the company sent me they automated response that had nothing to do with my situation it simply said that if you want to return something or exchange something you need to do with a certain amount of time. Well it's too late for that they sent me this too late I emailed them months and months and months ago and not until Norton reached out to them did they send me something telling me that I could return it or exchange it at the cost of my own fee to return it excuse me this wasn't my mistake this was their mistake I don't I shouldn't have to pay them anything to fix a problem which is the company sending me the wrong product in the end Norton sided with the company as far as I'm concerned this means Norton stands for nothing do not waste your time with them.

They do not respond to any emails. They promised 30 day delivery via email. All of their email responses are different excuses as to why they are late. I feel it is a scam and want my money back.

Norton's 30 day price guarantee refunds me $41!

I honestly wasn't aware of the Norton 30 day lowest price guarantee as part of their online purchase protection until they sent me a reminder that it was up in 3 days. That's when I double checked and found out a piece of furniture I bought from Slumberland.com was $41 cheaper now. I filed the paperwork, which was quite easy, and within 48 hours they approved my claim and initiated my refund thru paypal. Score!

The Norton Shopping Guarantee is WORTHLESS

The Norton Shopping Guarantee is WORTHLESS and a scam. I received a damaged product from an online vendor that was supposedly covered by the Norton Guarantee. I spent more than 3 months following their claim process and doing everything requested, but in the end they did NOTHING, and I'm stuck with a damaged product that was supposed to be covered by the Norton Shopping Guarantee. Consumers should know that it is a scam, they will give you the run around for months, and it is worthless. All businesses should also know that the NSG is worthless, and consumers don't trust it or see any value in it.

Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible. Bought something on the platform double price, tried to cancel and refund. Messaged every single day for 3 days no replies from seller and just got told by the platform to register and file something even more complicated. What a waste of time !!
