Steer clear

Nothing but problems using note machine atm @ morrisons glasgow auchinlea tried to withdraw cash why we have to go through process when it has no cash shoes money coming out my account when it gave no money in first place then going back in.

I'll be using post office in future and deal with a human I suggest more people do same

Very disappointed

Very disappointed. With a £1.65 fee you expect it to work. The buttons on the keypad didn't all work, and it withdrew the wrong amount (ten times what I asked for!) Specific machine reported to them (Walsgrave Rd, Coventry)

Very worrying.

Used the machine. Plymouth rail station, it took the card but then the screen went blank. Cancel facility didn't work, none of the keys functioned. Screen stayed blank. Eventually the machine timed out and returned the card, I still have no idea if any withdrawal was registered, if my card number was taken or if I've been scammed. I have put in a complaint.

Charged twice on my account with…

Charged twice on my account with Nationwide,but No Cash came out the ATM. Screen displayed Transaction Timed Out.
ATM located outside Morrisons Supermarket, Newtown, Powys, SY16, at 16.07/8, on 21/11/23. Loss of £120, awaiting Investigation by Nationwide BS. Have ATM receipts, 2 x £60 =££

Absolutely useless company

Absolutely useless company. Our machine is constantly breaking down. Considering we are the only one locally you would think company would make sure it worked! People constantly complaining to us about this and yet customer support is non existent. Can’t wait for them to remove it so we can get a decent company on board

I used this ATM machine at Centra…

I used this ATM machine at Centra Rushbrooke Links Cobh Ireland second time I'm trying to cancel an extra 20 euro +4.95 transaction fee, which is over priced!. Notemachine took 20 euro+ 4.95 widrawal fee from my account though I cancelled it! I never got the physical money. I know this is a small amount but it's too hassle because everybody here are struggling for the cost of living everything is getting expensive now! Shame the staff of Centra are trying to help but did not resolve the issue. One of the lady there told me that I can't widraw cash if there's nothing to widraw. I am positive that my card isnt empty yet I do checked my balance regularly. No no I will never shop again nor use that machine again such a bad experience. I'm suffering from severe anxiety it's so hard to brush it up! Forget the money! it's just the sad and bad experience that bothers me at the moment! To all the consumers here at Centra Rushbrooke be aware of this notemachine use it at your own risk! But better be safe than to be sorry! If I could rate this zero star I would!!! F@%K!!!!

Over charging to withdraw

One of this company’s cash machines has been installed in my locality, at first withdrawals were free now they have the cheek to charge to get one’s own money out, disgraceful, shouldn’t be permitted, I will certainly not use it

Giving 1 star is too generous

Giving 1 star is too generous. Horrendous customer service. Been dealing with Leane in the customer relations department and I have never spoken to a worse customer service representative. Been 3 months nearly since trying to resolve my final banking issues. Still getting nowhere. I have raised a formal complaint and had no response. Emailed in and no response.

Notemachine Morrisons Bridport…

Like the majority of reviews this Notemachine service is bordering on criminal. I used Notemachine at my local Morrisons. The machine dispensed no money yet registered a receipt that £50.00 was dispensed. Now I have to take up time to get the money returned to account. No chance of talking to anyone at Notemachine, their on-line assistance is appalling and unhelpful. Will probably have to take out a dispute.
Moreover, shame on Morrisons who said they have no control of the service and when asked if they could put a notice on the machine to prevent other customers getting ripped. They said they couldn't interfere......Unbelievable.

Use Note cash machines at your own risk!

This is the first time I've ever had a cash machine not dispense money and it hasn't automatically gone back to my account. The money has been taken out and I've had to a raise a dispute with the bank to attempt to get it back. I saw the reviews afterwards and was shocked how widespread this is with NoteMachine. Surely they can't be allowed to continue doing this, there must be some way of protecting customers from financial loss that is actually NoteMachine's fault? This was at Bluebell Services - Preston

Update 19/10 - I have to now wait until 7th December to see if my dispute is successful under Mastercard's chargeback rules. Wow its a good job it wasn't a huge amount!

Update 15/12 - I finally got my money back after Notemachine accepting liability for the chargeback so my bank issued the refund. Nearly 2 months of waiting! I avoid that cash machine now and have advised others not to use it!

AVOID THESE CRIMINAL MACHINES

Machine had no money to dispense but kept & destroyed my card. They take NO responsibilty of this Theft & destruction of property, and have 0 customer service. So I have to make arrangments ON A WEEKEND to try & salvage what was left of my weekend - without any money or easy way of getting money. AVOID THESE MACHINES, this is a criminal organisation hell bent on destruction of your property, and do not respect they problems the cause.

I can"t be constructive unfortunately

I can"t be constructive unfortunately, like it seems, many others iv been ripped off by this company. This is basically theft and by the look of it on a large scale. There shouldn't need to be an investigation as this machine has one job to calculate and dispense money, they should know if it's not done that.

2 Weeks = 4 months and waiting

We'll have the cash machine installed in 2 weeks yay.
4 months later and £4k spent in preparation. When chasing up followed with:
"Sorry the person you need to speak to is not available, may I take a number for them to call you back"
Which is followed by weeks of silence!!

AVOID AT ALL COST

AVOID AT ALL COST, we've had our machine for around a year and its worked for about 4 months of that in total, hasn't worked for 3 and after 4 engineer visits and at least 20 phone calls (everyone of them i was told an account manager would call and only ever received 1 call back) i still have a broken machine and no idea whats going on! my best advice is go with someone who knows what they're doing.

money stolen, twice / many times more?

morrissions two different cash machines with two different cards each took £50 out of account but didnt dispense it - reading through reviews this is standard practice for NoteMachine - have spent afternoon chasing banks and lengthy process to try and reclaim cash, don't yet know if i'll ever see it again (and expect this review probably wont get posted)

I used the cash machine in Victoria…

I used the cash machine in Victoria Centre Nottingham yesterday to withdraw £80.00 and it took my money back within seconds and it’s been took out of my account so I went straight to HSBC bank and they have raised a dispute for me and they’ve told me I’ve got to wait up to 30 days to get my money back. It’s an absolute joke I’ve never heard of this happening and I’m not guaranteed to get my money back

The cash point is shocking bad

The cash point is shocking bad. This is now the SECOND f*c#ing time the cash machine has taken my card!! I inserted card it asked for my pin. I was typing my pin and nothing was happening!! The machine then decided to reboot!! The machine looked new but oh know it most certainly was not!! When rebooting most of the software dates were 1998 and 2004!!! No wonder the machine is p’ss!! To happen once fair enough but TWICE from the same bloody machine!! I am bloody sick of having to get new cards all the time. So….if you see an axe or a hammer through your machine? Tough s*it!!!
