15 days later nothing. No updates, no tracking and no response.
Worthless scammers, don’t give a penny

Ordered over the phone explaining that the goods HAD to be with me by a certain date & was told that it was no problem, They actually dispatched the goods 2 days after the event they were needed for, meaning that they arrived over a week late. Total waste of money. Contacted the company for an explanation to give them a chance to say what went wrong, before leaving feedback, but they chose to ignore me. If you have a deadline, don't go near these guys, or like me, you will just have wasted your money.

I ordered goods from nothing new to wear through wowcher and received a delivery date,I waited 2 more days and contacted the company and was told that the guy would speak to his colleague and get back to me, I waited over 5 hours and called back and was told it was a problem with the carrier and someone would contact me, I received an email after 9pm from a director saying that the goods would be dispatched and to expect delivery in a couple of days, they eventually arrived 3 weeks after my original order was placed, this might just have been bad luck but I don't think I will be placing any more orders just in case.

Rubbish company - send emails saying items have been dispatched when they have not even got them! Never got as far as seeing the quality but if its anything like their customer service it is also likely to be rubbish. Go somewhere else!
