Great experience

Found this site through a random search of a specific perfume i extremely wanted. Couldn't find it anywhere but on notino website. I was intended to buy only one but after a quick look at all their options i couldn't help it but buy one more. The package arrived as scheduled through BRT.
Everything looked and smelled perfect!! Great experience all together!

Good experience

Overall very good experience, delivery always on time, with no mess-ups in the order. Once had to contact the customer service (longer delivery period - but mind it was in at the beginning of the strict quarantine period in Italy) and had been given all the information and help needed. It's OK.

Delivery is not worth

I order a perfume for my friends birthday on 15 th and I payed for 24 hour delivery which cost €12.95 but did not receive until 22 th . Not worth

Terrible Service

NOTINO were awful at seeking a refund when I returned back a faulty item. They did admit it was faulty but would only refund me after some heated debate. The shipping charges they wouldn't refund.

I would not recommend at all and have since moved my business to other great companies that are even more competitive.

Very convenient price

Very convenient price, fast shipping, and even a small gift to top it all off. My only complaint is paying for the shipping, but it was still worth it!
