Revolting
the most revolting food I have ever tasted. Looks hideous, old ingredients, stale yellowed veg. I had to throw a weeks worth of food in bin. The dog wouldn't touch it. I do not believe a genuine cook or chef would prepare such muck. I am angry they have ndis accreditation as this is not acceptable food. I believe the positive reviews are not genuine and use the same sentence structure so written by staff.

Always missing meals
I have been ordering for a couple of months and the meals are great, but they have missed meals 3 times now (out of 6 orders). Sometime just 1 meal, which is okay, but when it’s missing 3-4 meals it really messes up your routine for the week. Unfortunately won’t be ordering anymore.

My very first and last order with Nourish'd, came soggy and wet from the icepacks melting sitting in the box on the truck for 7 hours before arriving. The meals were upside down and all over the place like the box had been thrown around. The food looks like prison slop at best.
But worst of all I'm MISSING the follow items:
3 meals (11 meals were ordered , I received 8)
2 salted caramel slices
1 packet of jerky.
Absolute joke.

Convenient and tasty
I have ordered on several occasions now, and am very happy with the food. In a single-person household, I order because I have a busy life and do not particularly like cooking, rather than for any dietary requirement. So far the meals have been tasty, and I look forward to eating them. The regular size is about the right size for me. I like the wide menu choice and the fact that it changes each time. Delivery has not been a problem at all. I like the early Sunday morning option. So far the food arrives always cold. It will be interesting to see how that pans out when the weather warms up.

Meals are good and are enough for me
Meals are good and are enough for me. With delivery it says that you deliver to Marian Qld and then when you put in Devereux Creek which is the same post code it won't come up? If you could deliver to me, would be perfect.

I'm going to order my 9th week of food…
I'm going to order my 9th week of food tomorrow and still really enjoy the chat with Ash who makes the process quick and easy and I am now becoming more accustomed to the food I receive weekly and since I started with Nourish'd I have had to drill another hole in my belt or my pants fall off even though I am not really overweight much for my height.
I can now add another 11 standout meals to the 12 I mentioned last review, those being Curried Sausage w/mash, Teriyaki chicken, Kung pao chicken, Butter chicken w/ cauliflower rice, Pulled pork w/potato salad, Sticky plum pork, Off the bone lamb shanks, Satay chicken w/basmati rice, Chicken masala w/basmati rice, De-constructed Shepards pie and Naked chicken parmi.
My XL Nourishd meals are only for lunch as both breakfast and Dinner meals for me are "Manshake" or a similar brand and I am very content with my daily intake and still have a few untried options of Nourish'd meals to sample, so I encourage you to give it a chance, it will grow on even the fussy consumers!

Bone shards & chunks of fat
We tried for a month. The quality of the food is less than dog food. In the beef bourguignon I bit down on a sharp bone shard and damaged my teeth. Every other beef meal had subpar meat, gristle and fatty pieces. Even the chicken, its like the worst pieces get used. Ive never had to filter out a ready meal while chewing, have some quality control. Not to mention its all tasteless slop, think hospital food. Anything with noodles is also crushed up in pieces and the "cauliflower rice" is a wet mess side to any dish you get it with. We have been so turned off that we started throwing out the meals by the end of the week. Was really disappointing.

Enjoy my conversation with Ash when I order every Monday morning.
I have tried most of the menu now still more to go and have found that I can recommend 12 items on the menu as my favourites which includes Pumpkin lasagna, Portuguese chicken, Savoury mince w/ baba ganoush, Butter chicken w/ basmati rice, Texas brisket chilli, Beef stroganoff, BBQ Pork w/potatoes, Spag Bog, Korean sesame chicken, Chicken pesto penne, Beef Massaman, Country style crumbed chicken.
I find with all the Gnocchi menu meals that the bits of gnocchi are to big and overwhelming, Cauliflower rice is a bit bland, basmati rice is ok but better with soy sauce as is the cauliflower rice. Still got more to taste with my second week of Week 5&6 but am satisfied so far and hoping for more standouts to add to my list, keep up the good work, thanks.

Your body Feels the Difference
After 4 months eating Nourish'd meals I feel stronger and have more energy than before, not surprising for a company that aims to have a "real and positive impact on the health of humans". The meals are great with no 'nasties' and the staff are very pleasant and helpful. One suggestion -- more attention to presentation could boost their visual appeal.

Food was terrible. Don't waste your money
Food was terrible! We were excited when we placed our order with Nourish'd. However, the food was tasteless! We ordered many different styles of cuisine, like butter chicken. I couldn't find the chicken and it tasted awful. Chicken with mustard was bland, and pretty much all of the food was unenjoyable.
Family meals could not feed a family! Everyone was massively disappointed. Really would not recommend. You're better off with supermarket pre-packed meals, at least they have a small amount of flavour!

Well Nourish’d !
We have been using Nourish’d as our main evening meal for four weeks. I am coeliac and my partner is recovering from hip surgery. Most of our meals have been 4+ stars and just a few have needed topping up (either some extra spice or additional quick veggies). The portion options are great (small, large and XL), the large size is ample for us.

Game Changer for Meal Delivery Services
I’ve used a fair amount of food delivery services for convenience and Nourish’d has been a game changer. Other food delivery companies, while delicious, were high in salt and preservatives which was negatively impacting my health. Nourish’d is truly a healthy meal service option, that tastes and makes me feel great!

Nourish’d is a great service especially…
Nourish’d is a great service especially for people with wheat intolerance like me and also gluten intolerance as all the meals are free from all gluten products and is perfect for someone like me and are also the only place that does all gluten free ready made meals in Australia. Ive only ever had one problem that they immediately amended and also gave me a bit extra back for the inconvenience. Highly recommend. Also thanks for the freebies in my latest order.

Waste of money
Well, disappointing to say the least. The portion sizes are so warped it’s baffling. I couldn’t even split a small serving between my very young kids. Mashed potato tasted like it was made with green potatoes. “Family” size portions wouldn’t even feed 2 adults. I had really high hopes based off the menu and website but wow what a waste of money

One star is not low enough
First ever delivery with Nourish'd as we sought a convenient, healthy and dietary appropriate (gluten free) meal option for busy professional couple with two kids. Was excited for delivery, but then it was all disappointing.
Two meals ordered and paid for were missing from delivery. Resolved easily with a refund - credit was offered but do not want to order again.
Portion sizes, especially "Family" meals was way off the mark. All family meals had to be significantly supplemented, rendering the point of the service useless. Removing the mental load and time of choosing what to cook, shopping and preparing is our driver. Other sized portions were really inconsistent, but mostly small unless you're a sparrow.
Food was bland and not enjoyable, either taste or texture. Gnocchi was best described as playdoh and inedible...
Really would not recommend.

Life-saver and yum!
This is the first time I have tried a meal service. But food is so overwhelming in our house of six, because our youngest has ARFID! I would freeze at meal times not knowing what to cook!! These meals have been a lifesaver!! And they are yummy!! I would like a few more dairy-free options, but we are really enjoying the meals and the stress-free meal times! Thank you!!
