I was really looking forward to trying this meal plan for the first time, especially since I needed gluten-free options for my son who has celiac disease. After reading so many glowing 5-star reviews, I had high expectations. Unfortunately, I was left feeling disappointed and misled.

The portion sizes were very small, the presentation was unappetizing, and the taste didn't meet the hype. The popcorn chicken, in particular, was gluggy and inedible. It’s disheartening because I truly hoped this would be a reliable solution for our dietary needs. I wish my experience matched the reviews I read, but sadly, it didn’t.
At $13.95 per meal I feel like I have been taken for a ride.

Good clean eating!

Terrible experience

Ok so I decided to try Nourished for a ONE off order and I swear i checked the ONE OFF not weekly,,,got my meals and really unimpressed with quality of food, Dry and little taste particularly the fried rice...it was horrible. Ok so put it down to experience and did want to order again. And then I get charged for another order...rang and was told I ticked weekly...def not the case! Finally a gluten free option!

I would love to give a higher rating as I’m really enjoying the meals so far after about a month. We had one week where there were incorrect items but the company totally owned their mistake and credited me in full for the errors.
Apart from that the meals are tasty, I can eat them knowing they are safe and so far the delivery has been smooth like clockwork. They are smaller portions but I’ve realised that I’ve been eating way too much for a long time and struggled with my weight. They are perfect for my busy lifestyle and with not having to cook as much I can focus more on my business.
I really love that they have some sweet options so I’m not craving sugary chocolate so much anymore. Also loving the low carb / keto options and the cauliflower mash is next level good!

Hit & Miss

I've ordered Nourish'd 6 times now and feel it's hit and miss..

I'll start with the positives:

1. Very responsive, polite Customer Service team who always offer some form of rectification

2. Good meal variety - almost every week there are multiple new options

3. Delivery is really smooth - I always receive a text the night before, and always receive a text the morning of with an accurate delivery time.

Some of the not-so-positives:

1. Often as we're nearing the end of the week, the meals seem to have puffed up with gas or something. These often taste quite strongly of vinegar, as though they've gone off, even though they're within their expiration date

2. There's not much meat in the meals. In a lamb shanks, I literally got one chunk of meat; in chicken penne, I will typically get about 3 small, thin strips of chicken; etc.

3. The "Regular" portions are really tiny and I am often hungry after

4. When they run out of stock, you get given a random meal. There is no communication to let you know that this has happened, and there's no offer for you to select an alternative. You literally just have a random meal subbed in.

5. Website is difficult. Every week when I update my meals, the Quantity does not reflect correctly and the cart does not update correctly. Every time, I have to go through multiple times, removing and re-adding to the cart to ensure I have the correct meals. It's very clunky and time consuming

Really disappointing experience with…

Really disappointing experience with Nourish’d. I received a generic text message saying, “you will not be receiving your Nourish’d order today. Please contact your provider for further assistance.” That was the only communication — no explanation, no apology.

I had a newborn at home and my husband was away, so I was relying on this delivery to make life easier. Instead, I was left scrambling. The meals never arrived, and with no phone number to call — only an online enquiry form with a 24–48 hour response time — the whole process was incredibly frustrating.

When they replied, they initially only offered: “Would you prefer a refund or a credit to your account?” I had to specifically ask for compensation — and what I got was a $15 credit offer, which didn’t even cover the $22 I had to spend on an urgent Woolworths order. In the end, I opted for them to refund my money, but the inconvenience and lack of support were incredibly disappointing.

That kind of token gesture doesn’t cut it. No accountability, no urgency, and no real customer care. I won’t be using Nourish’d again.

While the delivery logistics sit with the courier, we completely understand the impact it had on your experience, and it certainly didn’t reflect the standard we aim to uphold.

We received your enquiry at 6:43 AM on Monday and responded by 11:17 AM — within five hours — offering you a solution in the form of either a full refund or a credit to your account, so you could choose the option that worked best for you. While the shipping provider was unfortunately unable to confirm the box’s whereabouts — which we know is incredibly frustrating — our Customer Experience team acted quickly to support you.

In addition to the credit option, we also offered an extra $15 credit as a gesture of goodwill — a step that goes beyond what many companies would offer in similar circumstances. While we recognise that this might not have fully addressed the inconvenience from your perspective, we aimed to make sure you were given choices and support in a timely manner.

We truly value your feedback and the opportunity it brings to keep improving. Wishing you all the very best during this incredibly special (and understandably busy) time in your life.

I have been getting the meals for the…yummy, convenient meals

I have been getting the meals for the past few weeks and I am so impressed with the freshness, different flavours and deliciousness of the meals, I am loving having the extra time at night and not having to do mediocre cooking and dishes, thank you for you lovely meals, i am pleasantly surprised every night. What the …..?

I had ordered lamb shanks and immediately put the meal in the freezer to eat later. Tonight we took it out for me to have for dinner. Peeling the top off we were faced with a dish of mashed potato but no protein. Label said lamb shanks so was the incorrect label attached? The potato was really nice btw. I went to notify on the website but when I looked at my back orders there is no record of the lamb shanks. Haven’t been getting for too long so I’ll give them a chance. Like others, I’ve had some dubious drivers!

Left in dogs yard not as directed at almost midnight

Im really saddened to ask this but the food was delivered too late at night, left not where asked but in front yard area where dog is.

I woke at 1.30am due to my baby crying to discover the meals were delivered 2 hrs ago not between ?-6pm as advised and I went out to check and my meals were all over the lawn.

The experience of staying awake til 11.30pm constantly refreshing, wondering where my meals where to then experience this is a nightmare

I have some allergies

I have some allergies, gluten,soy and mustard.
It has been easy with nourished, because I know that the food that I order definitely is allergen free for me, and super tasty.
I am a prior restraunteur,so the flavour is important to me.
I mainly use the meals for lunch, so i can quickly heat them up and get back to my desk.
The gnocci dishes are my favourites.

Fantastic meal service!

The convenience of healthy, high protein, calorie controlled meals for work lunches is my number 1 priority for my busy lifestyle and Nourish’d delivers on the goods! Not only tasty but a large variety of rotating options to keep it interesting. I have been getting Nourish’d consistently for over a year and the website is easy to navigate and all nutritional info is readily available. I’m definitely in a long-term relationship with Nourish’d!
