Can't say the experience was great but pretty good. Too much sales ebullience makes me suspicious so it's a matter of waiting for results . . . always a bit iffy to sort. I find NIR seems to benefit specific problem areas more than others. Have a positive experience so far . . . . The shipping took a relatively long time considering the sales enthusiasm . . . bit of a let down esp since tracking info was sparse. And yes, shipping was "free"
Device seems to be well made and of a useful size for me. Flexibility is definately a plus for knees, and shoulders, Better for the back too. More comfort. Had trouble finding 300 NIR lights till I looked closer with "red" switched off. How does their power compare to the red lights? Control works well and is intuitive to use. Need to study blink rate before I will be comfortable with trying that.

We also understand your caution with the pulsing modes. Taking time to learn and feel comfortable with the settings is completely fine, and there’s no rush in using those features. If you have any other questions or need help optimizing your sessions, we’re always here to support you.

The remote is malfunctioning right now the massage feature stopped working last week the remote started showing signs of some type of trouble. I’m hoping that you guys can fix this problem after all I paid $392. for this belt that I received about 2 1/2 weeks ago.

I don't leave reviews. Just don't have the time...but this time I have to. I used the novaa light pad for golfers elbow for 1-week and my pain is 95% gone. I did 2x per day for 30 minutes. The results are amazing. Thank you novvalab.

Got the pod
Got the pod. They shipped fast but Canada post kept it for more than a week locally. Novaa communication was prompt and courteous. I have ME/CFS so I can only use the pod 1 min at 10% every other day for the first 2 weeks, then move up from there to prevent a flare. I still felt a LOT of things my first try. My very skeptical Ironworker husband has fallen in love with it. He felt a LOT his first try at 50% and now is doing 20-30 min every day at 100%. Likes it so much he etranfered most of the cost to me.
