I ordered a double bunk bed from NovaBeds in September 2023. It should have been delivered in 2-3 weeks but it never arrived. After calling, texting and emailing for a month, I was told they the order was not in stock. I asked that the order be canceled and that my money be refunded. I never heard back from them even though I continued to try to contact by email and text. I now hear they have closed down. How do I get my $800 refunded?

oh no! same as my story I ordered last September 2023 , Last Oct. they deducted me $74 even without the product , I keep sending them message, email or called but nobody answer, the affirm deducted me already for two months . I called them many times but always cannot be reach. I already called Affirm but they said they need more evidence and they also contacted nova beds but nobody answer. What can I do now, they keep sending me message to pay, to pay without products ,excuse me!

They are horrible !! no delvery after 1 month although they promissed 1 week, and do refund since 3 months.
I contacted the credit card service to cancel.
My kids slept one month on the floor waitng for that.
I bought the same for a store nearby

Nova beds want to steel my money. I ordered sore than 2 months today. I have no return from Novabeds. Please I need you to refund all my money. Here is my order number 6334.

Same story as everyone else, had to wait 14 days to file a complaint with my CC, tried calling, emailing, received 2 emails saying item was out for delivery then delivered. Thought it was strange they came at the exact same time. Started looking into it and watched in real time, within the week, the company disappear online and ‘permanently closed’ on website.
They may be trying to start up again under a different name Novabeds Toronto…
How do I connect with the Facebook group organizing the Fraud case? I think that’s a great idea.
I can imagine they’ve made a lot of $$$ from all of us without fulfilling orders. Lesson learned, I will only be ordering things online from real, legit places (which is already hard to figure out) and going back to cash or pay full in store.
I think we became so use to online shopping over the last few(Covid years) and the scammers are really taking advantage of that!

Ordered sectional Oct 22 payment posted Oct 23 and the business closed first week of November so I'm out 2200 and don't have more money to pay for another one. Very frustrated you can't tell me they didn't know they should have shipped the item or returned my money 😒

I order a bed frame from them in August 2023 and still didn’t get anything. Few days ago i got email that order has been delivered but I didn’t receive anything. After that they are unreachable and didn’t even reply on emails. IT’S SCAM DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM NOVABEDS.

I purchased a dinning set from Novabeds since August 2023 and up untill now I have received nothing. I have been calling and calling all they keep telling me is that they will be shipping my order. Last 2 weeks I requested for a refund and 2 days after I received an email that my set was on the way. Today I tried contacting Novabeds and the number wasn't going through and none of their web sites are functional at the moment, their office is permanently closed. Right now I am trying to file an online fraud case with RCMP. I second the idea that we should form a Facebook page and file a joint lawsuit against this scammer. I guess if we go for a joint lawsuit, it would be more effective. I spent a lot of money on the set I ordered and definitely want my money back..Will also try to follow up with the credit card company and dispute my payment.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM NOVA BEDS THEY ARE A SCAM. WE ORDERED FROM THEM, MORE THAN 3 WEEKS LATER NO ORDER, BUT THEY KEPT SENDING US UPDATES OF ORDER SO WE WAITED. WE GOT SUSPICIOUS FEWS DAYS AGO, ONLY TO TRY FIND SHOP TODAY ON GOOGLE AND APPRENTLY SHOP IS CLOSED PERMANENTLY.

SCAM!!! I've ordered from them in the past and everything was fine, but I ordered a bedframe and they canceled my order without refunding my money. Emails won't go through. SCAM!!!!!

NOVABEDS IS A SCAMMER!! I ORDERED OCT 23,2023 AND DIDN'T RECEIVE MY ORDER, THEY EMAILED ME THAT IT WAS DELIVERED BUT I NEVER RECEIVE ANYTHING. I CALLED THEIR NUMBER AND IT IS NO LONGER RECEIVING CALLS. THEIR WEBSITE IS NOW CLOSED!! I CALLED MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND DISPUTES MY PAYMENT.

Fraud!!! Stole $1500+ Need to find these ppl and take legal action.

Please start a Watsap group and file a complaint.

Ordered a bunk bed in Sep and never received anything, they give u the run around IF you can get in touch with them. It’s now (Nov 10, 2023) their web site is down and phone number not working!! FRAUD!! So happy I used credit

THEY ARE A SCAM. Do not order from them! I purchased a bedframe, and in my receipt/confirmation email, they claimed it would get delivered in 4-8 weeks. Literally in the matter of 12 hours, they claimed to have delivered it, but there was nothing delivered!

I have been trying every method to contact them, but I have gotten ZERO response. I then went in person to their location, and their store doesn't even exist! Their phone number is also a dead-end.

Please for your protection, do not order from them. It is a total SCAM.

I bought 2 trundle beds and 4 mattresses from this company. One of the beds came with missing parts which rendered the bed incomplete and assembly could not be finished. That was early September when I first communicated with the company. Nothing happened for well over a month. No response. Despite many follow-ups. As of October 17th, after posting a review, the owner called right away and then assured me that he would prioritize my issue and confirmed that that the parts were already ordered and would be on their way upon arrival at their location. Later, his Office Manager followed up with more information and confirmed that the parts had NOT been already ordered, meaning, he was not being truthful even about that. Further, he asked me to remove my review as poor reviews really impact their family business. And I could repost if they didn't resolve my issue. I asked at the time - why wouldn't you resolve my issue? Is that even an option? Looking back, he must have already known the issue would not have been solved the whole time and that the business would be closed soon.

Terrible. I feel even worse for all the customers out full orders.

SCAM. I ordered a bunkbed last september 30 until now its not yet delivered. I am trying to contact the number provided but its already not active. Anyone here from toronto canada? Let's connect and file a complaint against them.

This company is a scam. I ordered a bed back on September that never got delivered. I got an email to say that the item has been delivered but it never arrived. I have since tried calling their number but it does not work anymore and they have not responded to my emails either. Unfortunately, looks like other people have had the same experience. I'm going to try to claim it back through my credit card company.

Canadians, do not buy here, this is a big scam, they make you believe they are a family business and steal your money, they answer the calls and lie about the shipments, they stole $750 from me.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PPL. A pretend family with fake smiles. Indian decent (I only say this cause the lady i met outside didn’t know) She bought online like myself. But was lucky to go in the show rm one day & they was there conducting fraudulent business lol smh - The shop has been emptied every night stuff clears out. A notice if distress is on the Door. They keep changing the company name. They are scamming beyond words. They owe us about $1900 & good thing Amex is surely giving my money back. Smh imagine if i had paid cash. I met another lady there on Monday. They took $1200 from here. The positive feedback is them creating it lol smh low life. The Cops have been notified. Their pictures are all over. They sent a “delivery” email & nothing delivered. That was enough for me. Pls everyone stay away. Smh the phone was a pay as you & that’s cut right off. They are evil.
