I’ve ordered on September 5 a bunk bed for my kids i didn’t receive it, after 2 months i asked for a refund and i’m still waiting it’s been more than 10 business days their phone is disconnected i’m really tired i need my refund so i can buy a bed for my kids i sent them many emails without any feedback from them

SCAM - DO NOT BUY
Like some of the reviewers, item showed in stock which I purchased and fully paid for. Got a bunch of emails including item delivered but never got to connect with them or received the product. Drove down to 600 Orwell which was found abandoned and had a lien notice on the unit. Now I am out 1300$ and trying hard to dispute it through my credit card company. “Family business since 2014” and all the good reviews seems like a plan to dupe people. Why is their website still doing business ??? SHAME ON SHOPIFY that powers their website.

This company is a scam. I've been waiting over a month a furniture. Currently, their phones are disconnected and social media pages deleted.

Prior to ordering i had called this company, spoken to them about my concerns regarding the order, they assured me that i'll be getting my item delivered in 10-12 days which was fine by me, only for them to send me an update two days after ordering that my order has been delivered, p.s i was home and nothing was delivered, i thought it was an error on their shipping dept so i sent an email, no reply, i called the same number i had been talking to them on and the number was suddenly no longer in service, i sent them a message on instagram regarding my order, they read and promptly deleted the page, i reported the transaction to visa as it already looks like an obvious scam. Please if you are ever thinking of ordering fro this company DO NOT GO AHEAD, its a Scam company, ignore their very well put together website, they will take your money and not deliver. Save yourself the trouble please.

I am beginning to wonder if this company is a fraud... I ordered off their website which looks legit and being that they are stationed in Canada.. I thought what could go wrong? Clearly alot! I have yet to receive my item that I ordered over a month ago... I then put in a cancelation over 2 weeks now... I have not received my refund... I get a email advising my item has been delivered(not to my door) and now when you call the number on website... Says number can not be reached!! I will not rest til I get my money back.. thats a guarantee... BUT... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS MERCHANT!!!

Scam. They dont exist. They don’t pick up the phone. We drove to their store and it is abandoned.

They have failed to ship my item, and the process for obtaining a refund has stretched over the course of a month. Every time I attempt to contact them, they claim that their accounting department will respond, but no action is taken. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and has led me to question their honesty and integrity. I strongly advise against making any purchases from this seller and recommend exploring alternative stores for your needs

I ordered chairs and paid for them in June, nearly 5 months ago. The chairs have still not been delivered. The company is very difficult to get in touch with and does not answer emails or texts. The phone message box is always full. For the past several weeks when I do manage to reach them, they say the chairs are shipping “this afternoon” but they have still not been shipped out. I have lost faith that I will ever see my order.

October 26: after several more days of back and forth, my chairs have been shipped. I am awaiting their delivery in a few days.

October 31: The chairs finally arrived. They were in good conditions and of good quality. One bolt was missing, but other than that, everything was fine. They met my expectations. I would have been very happy with the purchase other than the drama in trying to get them delivered.

Abhi was fantastic to deal with. Took the time to discuss various couch options and helped me pick what made sense for my condo. Delivery was quick and the couch looks great. Thank you.

No other furniture company comes close to the customer service and product Novabeds provides. Staff was very professional and made this process easy and enjoyable. Will definitely be purchasing from them again!

Love our bedroom suite's new design! The bedside table and dresser were ready. The bedframe was easy to assemble despite being flat packed. strong, well-designed furniture. Additionally, delivery and customer support have been excellent.

wait time for delivery is bit long . but if anyone wants the best furniture and deals all they need to do is to have patience and thats all this company asks for from their customers !

This my second time buying another furniture from Novabeds . me and my brother yesterday both got furniture for our houses .

Purchased an 8 peice bedroom set with a king size mattress and split box spring .

Delivery guys were so helpful , they delivered all the furniture upstairs into the room . However , assembly service was not available that day , so had to wait 3 days afger the delivery to get the furniture assembled. Thanks Nova team 👍

Their product quality and prices are better than the market . However wait time is more than expected . But when delivery arrives its worth all the money spent on Furniture .
