An amazing product been using for a number of years and excellent customer service.

Gave a 5 ☆ review as despite having an issue with the colour I choose the delivery was fast and efficient and the customer support team could not have been any more helpful.

Fake product, came looks like it from the outside but what comes out isn’t what you see. The staining is bad especially if it drips onto any surface in your bathroom. Beware when buying the product from this website.

Nova dye & shampoo.
Have now bought 3 & everyone has had a pump issue which is a shame as actual shampoo & dye is amazing for my hair. Have had to cut into bottle to get shampoo which isn’t ideal. At £27 it’s not what I’d expect . Have actually contacted Sarah & replacement promised but never arrived. As I said shame as I liked the product once I could access it.

Nova Shampoo has honestly made colouring my hair so much simpler. It’s a hair dye in shampoo form, so all I have to do is leave it in for 10-15 mins and wash my hair like normal and the colour comes out rich, even, and vibrant every time. No mess, no mixing, no long waiting around — it’s genuinely quick and easy for a busy mum it’s perfect for me .

the colour looks natural but still gives that fresh, revived look. Perfect for busy days when I want my hair to look great without spending ages on it. I’m really impressed — I absolutely love it!

When the shampoo arrived I realised it contains p- Phenylenediamine despite claims it a gentle alternative to salon dyes etc. it's a dye like the rest and ppd has a high risk of causing reactions. Over the counter dyes tend to have gentler alternatives like 2-methoxymethyl-p- phenylenediamine which generally is less likely to cause a reaction. Also this expensive compared to box dyes.

I tried to return it but can only do that by sending back to the US so no refund if change your mind effectively.

I never would of dreamed of dying my grey hair but saw novahair uk pop up on facebook a few times, I was very sceptical but thought I would test out there claims. I covered my hair with the shampoo and left in for 15 mins then rinsed out and waited for my hair to dry, I was pleasantly surprised it looked just like my natural colour before it went grey, my barber loved it my mrs loves it and several compliments which is nice, I look ten years younger and feel it when I lookin the mirror, as i said was sceptical before I used it but customer services were brilliant I'm now,a long term customer, love the stuff so easy to use and no horrible chemicals, perfect

Bought the product through an Instagram advert, product arrived on time but it didn't work.

When contacting customer services for refund explaining what happened, they sent me a nother bottle. There was an issue with dark side of teh shampoo (it's dual bottle, different types of product to mix before applying).

New bottle arrived and it worked. Black hair now, no issue.

I feel for other customers with bad experience with the product itself but would recommend to email CS.

This product is completely misleading and I don’t think they are compliant with UK regulations. It is not a shampoo, it is a strong hair colour dye that does not list full list of ingredients which is a red flag . I used it for about 3 months like 4 times in total , at first I was impressed by how good it covered the greys and that it didn’t have the strong smell of ammonia , unfortunately now I’m dealing with a massive hair loss which has never happened to me before and I completely attribute to this product, please don’t buy . Be careful and don’t make the same mistake as me.

They've changed their dyes, which now stain the skin badly and stay for weeks. They don't reply to any of their emails, either.

Avoid and go for safer alternatives.

Do not buy from "novahair.uk". it is fake. I bought initially from "novahairofficial.com" which worked well. When that finished, I mistakenly bought from "novahair.uk". Burnt my skin.

Ordered off the UK website. the product took over two weeks to arrive from China.
I have ordered light brown. It's easy enough to use but I am now orange.

After reading the reviews, I bought 4 bottles of shampoo because I have long hair. I tried it 3 times, not even a slightly change of my hair colour, my grey roots were the same. I asked for a refund as the result is not as promised and after 19 emails, they refunded just 50% of the total amount. Highly disappointed: lost my money and time..

Really amazed how quick and simple it is to use. Results are amazing!!

I purchased this product from the UK. After ordering it i realised that I had purchased the wrong product. Emailed support and had near instant email responses and they dealt with my error really well and resolved the issue. I found the support team to be knowledgeable and understanding. I notice some comments about poor support, but I cannot fault them. So I am leaving a positive review.

I used the light brown and at first I was only leaving the shampoo on for 10 mins and it wasn’t colouring all the greys but after a few experiments I found if I left it on for 25 mins it was perfect. I had a bit of an issue with the mechanism on my 2nd bottle but customer services have been helpful and are sorting it out. I will definitely keep using - kinder on my hair than dye.

This website is an absolute scam. I purchased this shampoo and firstly it would not mix, only the clear side was coming out. Secondly it stained everywhere! I have complained to customer service and they haven’t bothered to reply. Do not use this company.
